【摘要】：庖廚圖包括掛肉、炊食灶、燒烤、汲水、盆中操作、案上操作、屠宰等元素。主要出現(xiàn)在宴飲享樂場景、生產(chǎn)勞作場景和特殊場景中。其中宴飲享樂場景中,庖廚圖承擔(dān)為墓主準備食物或祭品的功能;生產(chǎn)勞作場景中,承擔(dān)廚房建筑或表現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)生活的功能。特殊場景中的庖廚圖,作為主題圖像的附屬元素存在。目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的107幅漢代畫像石庖廚圖,可以分為王莽時期,東漢早期早段,東漢早期晚段,東漢中期,東漢晚期早段,東漢晚期晚段共四期6段,分布于豫東,泰沂山脈西部、南部、東部;豫西南;陜北;四川;浙江海寧等五個區(qū)域。最早出現(xiàn)于泰沂山脈南部,此區(qū)域發(fā)現(xiàn)的庖廚圖也最多,應(yīng)與魯文化的重禮崇儒有關(guān),然后以此為中心,沿著泰沂山脈西部,東部,及南部三條路徑發(fā)展,并且共性越來越強。畫像石墓中庖廚圖的位置多在墓主左邊,對應(yīng)的方位為東方,與文獻記載中的"東廚"相契合。畫像石庖廚圖典型呈像方式有"善莊型"、"野店村型"、"十里鋪村型"、"孝堂山A型"、"孝堂山B型"、"南武山村型"、"前涼臺村型"、"打虎亭村型"、"朱鮪型"、"青山村型"、"微山島型"、"茅村型"、"東沿村型"、"兩城鄉(xiāng)型"、"英莊村型"、"白河賓館型"、"四十里鋪鎮(zhèn)型"、"綏德型"等十八種類型。
[Abstract]:Cooking charts include meat hanging, cooking stoves, barbecue, water drawing, basin operation, case operation, slaughtering and so on. They mainly appear in feasting scenes, production scenes and special scenes. The kitchen plan undertakes the function of preparing food or offering offerings for the tomb owner; in the production work scene, the kitchen building or the function of performing the production and life. As a subsidiary element of the theme image, 107 Han Dynasty stone portraits can be divided into four periods: Wang Mang period, early Eastern Han Dynasty, early Eastern Han Dynasty, early Eastern Han Dynasty, early Eastern Han Dynasty, early Eastern Han Dynasty, early Eastern Han Dynasty, late Eastern Han Dynasty, and late Eastern Han Dynasty. Distributed in five regions: eastern Henan, western, southern and eastern Taiyi Mountains; southwest Henan; northern Shaanxi; Sichuan; and Haining, Zhejiang. It was first found in the southern part of the Taiyi Mountains. Then, with this as the center, along the three paths of the west, east and south of the Taiyi Mountains, and the commonality is getting stronger and stronger. The location of the kitchen map in the stone graveyard is mostly on the left of the tomb owner, corresponding to the eastern direction. In line with the documentary record of "East Chef." the typical patterns of stone sculpture are "Shanzhuang", "Negan Village", "Shilipu Village", "Xiaotangshan A", "Xiaotangshan B", "Nanwu Village", "Qianliangtai Village", "beating Tiger" There are 18 types such as "Ting Village", "Zhu Tuna", "Castle Peak Village", "Weishan Island", "Mao Village", "Dongyan Village", "two cities and Countryside", "Yingzhuang Village", "Baihe Hotel", "Sishipu Town", "Suide Type" and so on.
