【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。原文為美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院出版的《瀕死在美國(guó):尊重患者偏好,提高臨終關(guān)懷質(zhì)量》(Dying in America:Improving Quality and Honoring Individual Preferences Near the End of Life)中第五章“以政策和支付系統(tǒng)提高臨終關(guān)懷質(zhì)量”(Policies and Payment Systems to Support High-Quality End-of-Life Care)的節(jié)選內(nèi)容。原文為美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所臨終關(guān)懷事務(wù)委員會(huì)所著,全書(shū)共六個(gè)章節(jié),其中第五章講述了臨終關(guān)懷在政策和支付系統(tǒng)中所面臨的問(wèn)題以及委員會(huì)作出的總結(jié)及建議。本篇報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容分四部分,第一章、翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹,包括項(xiàng)目的背景、目標(biāo)、意義等。第二章、原作背景介紹,包括作者簡(jiǎn)介、主要內(nèi)容介紹、原文的語(yǔ)言特征和原文的翻譯價(jià)值等。臨終關(guān)懷是由西方國(guó)家興起,逐漸發(fā)展到中國(guó)的醫(yī)療護(hù)理手段,尤其在我國(guó)的發(fā)展還不夠成熟,所以通過(guò)對(duì)于這類文章的翻譯可以加深人們對(duì)它的了解。第三章、翻譯難點(diǎn)與翻譯的指導(dǎo)理論。本章著重介紹了美國(guó)醫(yī)療保健體系下的臨終關(guān)懷,涉及到有關(guān)醫(yī)療的政策和制度,其中的專有名詞,醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語(yǔ)和長(zhǎng)難句的翻譯尤為困難。在翻譯過(guò)程中主要依據(jù)尤金·奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論,并且借助增譯和省譯,正反譯,轉(zhuǎn)譯和直譯等策略進(jìn)行輔助翻譯。第四章、對(duì)翻譯進(jìn)行總結(jié),找出從中得到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:This is a translation project report. Originally published by the National Academy of Sciences, dying in the United States: respecting patient preferences. "to improve the quality of hospice care." Dying in America:Improving Quality and Honoring Individual. Preferences Near the End of Life. Chapter 5th, "improving the quality of hospice Care through Policy and payment Systems" (. Policies and Payment Systems to Support High-Quality End-of-Life career). By the American Institute of Medical Research Committee on hospice. There are six chapters in the book, of which 5th are about the problems faced by hospice in the policy and payment system, and the conclusions and recommendations made by the committee. The main contents of this report are divided into four parts, chapter one. The second chapter, the background of the original work, including the introduction of the author, the main content of the introduction. The language characteristics of the original text and the translation value of the original text. Hospice care is a medical and nursing method developed from western countries and gradually developed into China, especially in our country, the development of which is not mature enough. Therefore, translation of this kind of articles can deepen people's understanding of it. Chapter III, Translation difficulties and translation guidance theory. This chapter focuses on the hospice care under the United States health care system. It's particularly difficult to translate proper terms, medical terms, and long, difficult sentences about the policies and systems of health care, which are based on Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory. And with the help of the strategies of adding and saving translation, positive and negative translation, transference and literal translation, the author summarizes the translation and finds out the problems to be solved.
