【摘要】：隨著新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)行和推進(jìn),校本教研作為新課程改革倡導(dǎo)的教研制度,對新課程改革的深化、學(xué)校的發(fā)展、教師的專業(yè)成長、教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高發(fā)揮著重要的促進(jìn)作用,由此得到了許多教師的認(rèn)可,并在許多學(xué)校得以應(yīng)用。在小學(xué)英語課全面開設(shè)的大背景下,小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中的問題日益顯現(xiàn),而鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)由于師資、生源、外部環(huán)境等方面的原因,問題尤為突出。本論文通過文獻(xiàn)查閱、問卷調(diào)查和個(gè)人訪談的方式對常熟市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)英語校本教研的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。在收集大量有關(guān)校本教研的文獻(xiàn)資料之后,對其進(jìn)行了整理、歸納和分析,進(jìn)而確定出研究內(nèi)容。最后通過問卷調(diào)查和個(gè)人訪談來揭示常熟市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)英語校本教研的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并提出針對性的建議。本論文共有五個(gè)部分組成。第一章為緒論,介紹選題的背景和意義、論文結(jié)構(gòu)和主要研究方法。第二章為國內(nèi)外研究綜述,對本文的研究對象進(jìn)行了概念界定,對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜合評述。第三章為調(diào)查分析,采用問卷調(diào)查的方法從調(diào)查對象的基本情況、校本教研的政策、校本教研的開展情況、校本研究的參與情況、以及對校本教研效果的評價(jià)等幾個(gè)方面對常熟市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)英語校本教研的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,同時(shí)分別從三個(gè)層面對存在的問題和原因進(jìn)行了分析。第四章為訪談分析,在問卷調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用訪談分析的方法,并結(jié)合城鄉(xiāng)小學(xué)的交叉對比,對存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步深入的分析。第五章針對目前存在的主要問題,提出了促進(jìn)常熟市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)英語校本教研發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the implementation and promotion of the new curriculum standards, school-based teaching and research as a new curriculum reform advocated by the teaching and research system, the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the development of schools, teachers professional growth. The improvement of the quality of education and teaching plays an important role in promoting, which has been recognized by many teachers, and has been applied in many schools. The problems in English teaching in primary schools are becoming more and more obvious, and the problems in township primary schools are especially prominent because of the teachers, students, external environment and so on. The present situation of school-based English teaching and research in township primary schools in Changshu City is investigated by questionnaires and personal interviews. After collecting a large amount of literature on school-based teaching and research, the author collates it. Finally, through questionnaires and personal interviews to reveal the current situation and problems of school-based English teaching and research in township primary schools in Changshu. This paper is composed of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic, the structure of the paper and the main research methods. The second chapter is a review of domestic and foreign research. This paper defines the concept of the research object, and makes a comprehensive comment on the domestic and foreign literature. Chapter three is the investigation and analysis, using the method of questionnaire survey from the basic situation of the object of investigation, school-based teaching and research policy. The present situation of school-based teaching and research in township primary schools in Changshu City is investigated from the following aspects: the development of school-based teaching and research, the participation of school-based research, and the evaluation of school-based teaching and research effects. At the same time, it analyzes the existing problems and causes from three aspects. Chapter 4th is the interview analysis, based on the questionnaire analysis, using the method of interview analysis, combined with the urban and rural primary school cross-comparison. Chapter 5th puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of school-based English teaching and research in township primary schools in Changshu.
