流動(dòng)兒童歧視知覺(jué)、心理彈性與學(xué)校適應(yīng)的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:本研究以流動(dòng)兒童的學(xué)校適應(yīng)為主題展開(kāi)調(diào)查,揭示流動(dòng)兒童歧視知覺(jué)、心理彈性、學(xué)校適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀,剖析歧視知覺(jué)、心理彈性對(duì)學(xué)校適應(yīng)的影響,以期為減少流動(dòng)兒童的歧視知覺(jué),提高心理彈性水平,提高流動(dòng)兒童的學(xué)校適應(yīng)提供有效指導(dǎo)。使用劉霞、申繼亮自編的《個(gè)體歧視知覺(jué)量表》、Block和Kreman自編的《自我心理彈性量表》以及林文聰修訂的《初中生學(xué)校適應(yīng)量表》三個(gè)量表為研究工具對(duì)618名流動(dòng)兒童進(jìn)行施測(cè),運(yùn)用t檢驗(yàn)、相關(guān)分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型等研究方法,探討歧視知覺(jué)、心理彈性、學(xué)校適應(yīng)三者之間的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)歧視知覺(jué)和心理彈性對(duì)流動(dòng)兒童的學(xué)校適應(yīng)產(chǎn)生影響。研究結(jié)果表明:1.流動(dòng)兒童歧視知覺(jué)處于中下水平,在性別和年級(jí)上無(wú)顯著差異,在流動(dòng)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短上存在顯著差異。流動(dòng)時(shí)間在一年以?xún)?nèi)的兒童其歧視知覺(jué)最高。2.流動(dòng)兒童的心理彈性較好,在性別和流動(dòng)時(shí)間上沒(méi)有差異,僅在年級(jí)上存在差異。3.流動(dòng)兒童的學(xué)校適應(yīng)處于中等偏上水平。各維度均存在顯著的年級(jí)差異,合宜行為和同伴關(guān)系兩個(gè)維度存在顯著的性別差異,在流動(dòng)的時(shí)間上,僅同伴關(guān)系和師生關(guān)系兩個(gè)維度存在顯著差異。4.流動(dòng)兒童歧視知覺(jué)、心理彈性、學(xué)校適應(yīng)三者之間存在相關(guān),歧視知覺(jué)與心理彈性之間呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與學(xué)校適應(yīng)及各維度之間呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),心理彈性與學(xué)校適應(yīng)之間呈顯著正相關(guān)。5.歧視知覺(jué)和心理彈性對(duì)學(xué)校適應(yīng)有預(yù)測(cè)作用。6.心理彈性在歧視知覺(jué)與學(xué)校適應(yīng)兩者之間起著部分中介作用,說(shuō)明歧視知覺(jué)可以直接影響學(xué)校適應(yīng),也可通過(guò)心理彈性這一中介變量間接地影響學(xué)校適應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In this study, the theme of school adaptation of migrant children was investigated to reveal the perception of discrimination, resilience, the current situation of school adaptation, analysis of discrimination perception, the impact of resilience on school adaptation. In order to reduce migrant children's discrimination perception, improve the level of psychological resilience and improve the school adaptation of migrant children to provide effective guidance. Using Liu Xia, Shen Jiliang self-compiled "individual discrimination perception scale". Block and Kreman's Self-resilience scale and Lin Wencong's revised School adaptation scale were used to measure 618 floating children. Using t-test, correlation analysis, structural equation model and other research methods, the relationship among discrimination perception, psychological elasticity and school adaptation is discussed. It was found that discrimination perception and psychological resilience had an impact on school adaptation of migrant children. The results showed that the discrimination perception of migrant children was at the middle and lower levels, and there was no significant difference in sex and grade. There is a significant difference in the length of flow time. Children with less than one year have the highest perception of discrimination. 2. The floating children have better psychological resilience, but there is no difference in gender and flow time. The school adaptation of floating children is at the middle and upper level. There are significant grade differences in each dimension, and significant gender differences exist in the appropriate behavior and peer relationship. 3. There are significant differences between the two dimensions of peer relationship and teacher-student relationship. 4. There is a correlation among migrant children's perception of discrimination, resilience and school adaptation. There was a significant negative correlation between discrimination perception and psychological resilience, and significant negative correlation between discrimination perception and school adaptation and between each dimension. There is a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience and school adaptation .5. discrimination perception and resilience predict school adaptation. 6. Resilience plays a part of intermediary role between discrimination perception and school adaptation. It shows that discrimination perception can directly affect school adaptation, but also indirectly affect school adaptation through the intermediary variable of psychological elasticity.
