大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)和生活滿(mǎn)意度的關(guān)系:心理韌性的中介作用

【摘要】:目的了解大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)、心理韌性和生活滿(mǎn)意度現(xiàn)狀,并探討三者之間的關(guān)系,為開(kāi)展大學(xué)生心理健康問(wèn)題以及手機(jī)依賴(lài)的預(yù)防和干預(yù)研究提供基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。方法通過(guò)分層整群抽樣的方法在2016年4—5月份以合肥市5所高校2750名大學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮傾向量表、青少年心理韌性量表和青少年學(xué)生生活滿(mǎn)意度量表等工具對(duì)所選研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容還包括一般人口學(xué)特征。采用線性回歸分析方法對(duì)大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)、心理韌性和生活滿(mǎn)意度及各維度之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用AMOS 21.0軟件在手機(jī)依賴(lài)、心理韌性和生活滿(mǎn)意度之間建立結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,檢驗(yàn)心理韌性在手機(jī)依賴(lài)和生活滿(mǎn)意度之間的中介作用。結(jié)果本研究共發(fā)放問(wèn)卷2750份,回收有效問(wèn)卷2502份,有效應(yīng)答率為90.6%。(1)大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)總體得分為(41.47±11.24)分,手機(jī)依賴(lài)率為31.1%,男生手機(jī)依賴(lài)總體得分顯著高于女生(t=2.372,P=0.018);來(lái)自城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)的大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)總體得分顯著高于城市和農(nóng)村地區(qū)的學(xué)生(F=5.927,P=0.003);大學(xué)生戀愛(ài)者手機(jī)依賴(lài)總體得分顯著高于非戀愛(ài)者(t=2.533,P=0.011)及每天使用手機(jī)時(shí)間在8小時(shí)以上的大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)總體得分顯著高于使用時(shí)間在8小時(shí)以下的學(xué)生(F=45.145,P0.001)。(2)大學(xué)生心理韌性總體得分為(3.43±0.43)分,女生心理韌性得分顯著高于男生(t=-3.416,P=0.001);大五學(xué)生心理韌性得分顯著低于大一、大二、大三和大四學(xué)生(F=9.113,P0.001);來(lái)自城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)的的大學(xué)生心理韌性得分顯著低于來(lái)自城市和農(nóng)村地區(qū)的大學(xué)生(F=5.544,P=0.004)。(3)大學(xué)生生活滿(mǎn)意度整體得分為(4.75±0.78分),大學(xué)生非談戀愛(ài)者生活滿(mǎn)意度總體得分顯著高于談戀愛(ài)者(t=-2.05,P=0.04);孤兒家庭的大學(xué)生生活滿(mǎn)意度總體得分顯著低于雙親和單親家庭(F=3.906,P=0.02)。(4)大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)和心理韌性之間呈顯著性負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),回歸分析結(jié)果顯示手機(jī)依賴(lài)總得分(F=260.944,P0.001,R2=0.095)及其各維度(F=112.943,P0.001,R2=0.153)對(duì)心理韌性均有顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用;大學(xué)生心理韌性和生活滿(mǎn)意度之間呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),回歸分析結(jié)果顯示心理韌性(F=1538.2,P0.001,R2=0.381)及各維度(F=340.9,P0.001,R2=0.406)對(duì)生活滿(mǎn)意度均有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)和生活滿(mǎn)意度之間呈顯著性負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),回歸分析結(jié)果顯示手機(jī)依賴(lài)總得分(F=56.442,P0.001,R2=0.022)及其各維度(F=32.139,P0.001,R2=0.049)對(duì)生活滿(mǎn)意度均有顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用。(5)將心理韌性作為中介變量引入后,手機(jī)依賴(lài)對(duì)生活滿(mǎn)意度的預(yù)測(cè)作用無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(β=0.01,P0.05),手機(jī)依賴(lài)對(duì)心理韌性有顯著性負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用(β=-0.032,P0.001),心理韌性對(duì)生活滿(mǎn)意度有顯著性正向預(yù)測(cè)作用(β=1.17,P0.001)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)、心理韌性和生活滿(mǎn)意度及其各維度之間存在顯著性相關(guān),手機(jī)依賴(lài)和心理韌性對(duì)生活滿(mǎn)意度有一定程度的預(yù)測(cè)作用,并且心理韌性在手機(jī)依賴(lài)和生活滿(mǎn)意度之間起完全中介作用。學(xué)校及有關(guān)部門(mén)應(yīng)注意加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理韌性的培養(yǎng),提高其心理韌性水平,并通過(guò)采取宣傳教育等各種有效措施改善大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴(lài)傾向,以便能夠更好地促進(jìn)其心理健康發(fā)展,提高生活質(zhì)量和生活滿(mǎn)意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the mobile phone dependence, toughness and life satisfaction of psychological status, and to explore the relationship between the three, provide the basis for prevention and intervention of psychological health problems of college students and the mobile phone dependence. Methods by using stratified cluster sampling method in 2016 2750 college students from 5 universities from 4 to May in Hefei city as the research object and the mobile phone addiction scale for college students, Adolescent Resilience Scale and adolescent students life satisfaction questionnaire conducted a questionnaire survey of the selected research object, the questionnaire included demographic characteristics. By linear regression analysis on College Students' mobile phone dependence, analyze the relationship between resilience and life satisfaction and dimensions, and using AMOS 21 software in the mobile phone dependence, a structural equation model between resilience and life satisfaction, psychological test The toughness of the intermediary role between mobile phone dependence and life satisfaction. The results of this study were 2750 questionnaires, 2502 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate was 90.6%. (1) college students' mobile phone dependence score is (41.47 + 11.24), mobile phone dependence rate is 31.1%, the boys hand machine dependent on overall score significantly higher than girls (t=2.372, P=0.018); from urban areas college students scored significantly higher than the overall mobile phone depends on the city and rural area students (F=5.927, P=0.003); students who love overall mobile phone dependence was significantly higher than that of the lover (t=2.533, P=0.011) and the use of mobile phone every time in more than 8 hours of college students scored significantly higher than the general use of mobile phone dependence time in 8 hours following students (F=45.145, P0.001). (2) the resilience score is (3.43 + 0.43), girls' mental toughness score significantly higher than boys (t=-3.416, P=0 .001); big five students mental toughness scores were significantly lower than the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior (F=9.113, P0.001); from urban areas of the college students' mental resilience score was significantly lower than from the city and rural area college students (F=5.544, P=0.004). (3) university students overall life satisfaction score (4.75 + 0.78), non college students love life satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in love (t=-2.05, P=0.04); total scores of College Students' life satisfaction was significantly lower than that of their parents and orphaned families of single parent families (F=3.906, P= 0.02). (4) between the mobile phone dependence of college students and mental toughness was significantly negatively correlated (P0.01), regression analysis showed that the total score depends on the mobile phone (F=260.944, P0.001, R2=0.095) and its dimensions (F=112.943, P0.001, R2=0.153) on mental toughness can negatively predict college students' mental resilience and life satisfaction; Had a significant positive correlation (P0.01), regression analysis showed that mental toughness (F=1538.2, P0.001, R2=0.381) and dimensions (F=340.9, P0.001, R2=0.406) to predict the life satisfaction significantly; college students between mobile phone dependence and life satisfaction were significantly negatively correlated (P0.01), regression analysis shows that the mobile phone dependence the total score (F=56.442, P0.001, R2=0.022) and its dimensions (F=32.139, P0.001, R2=0.049) on life satisfaction has significant negative predictive effect. (5) the resilience as a mediator in mobile phone, rely on to predict satisfaction of life was not statistically significant (P =0.01, P0.05), mobile phone dependence significant negative predictive effect on mental toughness (beta =-0.032, P0.001), mental toughness has a significant positive predictive effect on life satisfaction (beta =1.17, P0.001). Conclusion: mobile phone dependence, mental toughness and life There is a significant correlation between satisfaction and its dimensions, mobile phone dependence and mental toughness to predict a certain degree of life satisfaction and mental toughness is a mediator between the mobile phone dependence and life satisfaction. Schools and related departments should pay attention to strengthening the cultivation of university students' psychological resilience, improve their level of mental toughness, and through propaganda education of all kinds of effective measures to improve college students' mobile phone dependence, in order to better promote the development of mental health, improve the quality of life and life satisfaction.
