【摘要】：分享經(jīng)濟作為一種全新的經(jīng)濟形態(tài),已經(jīng)在全球范圍內(nèi)獲得了巨大的發(fā)展,近兩年分享經(jīng)濟在我國的發(fā)展也非常迅速,正日益改變、塑造著人們的生活方式,與此同時也對我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提出了許多新的問題。國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界對分享經(jīng)濟及其問題的研究也日益增多,其中大部分研究還是集中在經(jīng)濟學(xué)、法學(xué)、管理學(xué)等范圍,哲學(xué)界尤其是倫理學(xué)界對分享經(jīng)濟的研究還很少,分享經(jīng)濟提出的問題涉及到社會生活的方方面面,這些問題的解決,需要跨學(xué)科多視角的研究。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要分為四個部分。首先是引論部分,包括對現(xiàn)代分享經(jīng)濟的理論研究概述,討論了國內(nèi)外分享經(jīng)濟的不同術(shù)語表達,從對經(jīng)濟理念和特征的把握出發(fā),最終確定使用"分享經(jīng)濟"這一術(shù)語;然后對國內(nèi)不同學(xué)科視角下的分享經(jīng)濟研究進行了梳理,指出了經(jīng)濟學(xué)、法學(xué)等視角的研究所具有的局限性以及分享經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中有待挖掘的倫理價值空間;最后主要以國內(nèi)分享經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中最具話題性和爭議性的網(wǎng)約車代表企業(yè)滴滴出行為案例,并結(jié)合近幾年政府對滴滴出行的政策變化,分析了政府在管理過程中存在的問題、這種經(jīng)濟形態(tài)在發(fā)展過程中引起的勞動者的勞動公平、異化問題和資本熱捧對分享經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響。第二部分主要展開論述分享經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中政府政策帶來的勞動公平問題、資本熱捧帶來的不利影響和新舊經(jīng)濟形態(tài)競爭所引致的沖突問題。第三部分則以經(jīng)濟倫理學(xué)的主要理論、概念為依據(jù),在借鑒現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過基于利益相關(guān)者理論、社會契約論、馬克思主義勞動理論和社會倫理預(yù)期變化的分析,來論證分享經(jīng)濟的合法性地位及其對社會倫理生活的拓展之可能。第四部分通過對勞動者與消費者合法權(quán)益保護的問題,新舊經(jīng)濟形態(tài)相互關(guān)系的問題,政府與企業(yè)的關(guān)系問題以及資本對分享經(jīng)濟市場的影響的討論來明確政府、企業(yè)在分享經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中的倫理責(zé)任,并從統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的角度來討論了分享經(jīng)濟促進鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的可能性。
[Abstract]:As a new economic form, sharing economy has been developed greatly in the world. In the past two years, sharing economy has been developing rapidly in our country, which is changing day by day and shaping people's way of life. At the same time, many new problems have been raised to the economic development of our country. The research on the sharing economy and its problems in the domestic academic circles is increasing day by day, most of which are still concentrated in economics and law. In the field of management, there are few researches on sharing economy in philosophy, especially in ethics. The problems raised by sharing economy are related to all aspects of social life and how to solve these problems. The research content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including the summary of the theoretical research on modern sharing economy. This paper discusses the different expressions of the terms of sharing economy at home and abroad, and finally determines the use of the term "sharing economy" from the view of grasping the economic concept and characteristics. Secondly, the author combs the research of sharing economy in different disciplines in China, points out the limitations of the research on economics and law, and points out the space of ethical value in the field of sharing economy. Finally, it mainly takes DiDi as the case, which is the most topic and controversy in the domestic sharing economy, and combines the policy changes of the government to DiDi in recent years. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of government management and the labor fairness caused by this economic form in the process of development. The second part mainly discusses the issue of labor equity brought by government policy in the field of sharing economy. The third part is based on the main theory and concept of economic ethics, on the basis of the existing research results. Based on stakeholder theory, social contract theory, Marxist labor theory and the analysis of the changes of social ethics expectations. 4th through the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers and consumers, the relationship between new and old economic forms. The relationship between the government and the enterprise and the discussion of the influence of capital on the sharing economic market to clarify the ethical responsibility of the government and the enterprise in the field of sharing economy. From the perspective of urban and rural development, this paper discusses the possibility of sharing economy to promote the economic and social development of villages and towns.
