【摘要】：黎錦作為一種海南傳統(tǒng)手工藝品,以其獨特的審美和藝術價值聞名于世,其高超的織造工藝技術在中國紡織科學技術史上占有重要地位,具有極高的歷史、研究價值。本文主要是從傳統(tǒng)織造技藝的角度來研究黎族織錦,作者實地考察了海南黎區(qū)的黎錦傳統(tǒng)織造工藝,先從黎錦的產生與發(fā)展、原料與加工和生產工序來對黎錦概述,然后又對原始踞腰織機的構成、傳統(tǒng)織造技藝的工藝原理來闡釋,深入研究三種最典型的織造技藝,即緯線提花正面織錦：通經回緯提埋花工藝；緯線提花反面織錦：通經斷緯挖織花工藝；經線提花正面織錦：提央織錦工藝。從專業(yè)的角度剖析了紡織狀態(tài)的原理,將其繪制成分步驟的示意圖,力求直觀明了地闡釋此項中國首批急需保護的非物質文化遺產,這對于黎錦織造工藝技術的保護和傳承、研究和發(fā)展都具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。基于對黎錦傳統(tǒng)織造技藝的研究,本次設計實踐“經緯”的靈感來源主要是黎錦經緯紗線織造時的交織、沉浮與排列狀態(tài)。這個系列構筑在筆者對于哲學認識論的探索以及關于黎錦織造時經緯紗線交織狀態(tài)本質的分析,整個系列結合了傳統(tǒng)男裝工藝與現(xiàn)代設計理念,是一次對新時代男裝的探索實踐。
[Abstract]:As a traditional handicraft in Hainan, Li Jin is famous for its unique aesthetic and artistic value. Its superb weaving technology plays an important role in the history of Chinese textile science and technology and has a very high history. This paper mainly studies Li nationality brocade from the point of view of traditional weaving technique. The author investigates Li brocade's traditional weaving technology in Li District, Hainan Province, first from the origin and development of Li brocade. Raw materials and processing and production processes to outline Li Jin, and then to the original loom loom composition, traditional weaving technology to explain the principle, in-depth study of the three most typical weaving techniques. That is, weft jacquard front brocade: warp back weft lifting and burying process; Weft jacquard reverse brocade: warp cut weft digging weaving process; Warp jacquard front brocade: tapestry technology. From a professional point of view to analyze the principle of the textile state, drawing the composition of the steps of the schematic diagram. Try to explain this China's first batch of intangible cultural heritage in urgent need of protection, which for Li Jin weaving technology protection and inheritance. The research and development are of great practical significance. Based on the study of Li Jin's traditional weaving techniques, the inspiration of the design practice of "longitude and weft" is mainly the interweaving of Li Jin warp and weft yarns. Ups and downs and arrangement. This series is based on the author's exploration of philosophical epistemology and the analysis of the nature of the interwoven state of warp and weft yarns in Li Jin weaving. The whole series combines the traditional menswear craft with the modern design idea, is a exploration practice to the new era menswear.
