質(zhì)子治療束配系統(tǒng)電離室電子學(xué)研究

【摘要】:質(zhì)子治療束配系統(tǒng)的主要功能是將加速器引出的束流轉(zhuǎn)換為治療束流,并將治療束流準(zhǔn)確照射在目標(biāo)組織上,如何精確測(cè)量質(zhì)子束流的劑量、位置是整個(gè)束配系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵。上海質(zhì)子治療裝置采用自由空氣平板電離室作為劑量電離室,自由空氣條帶平板電離室作為位置電離室。劑量電離室電子學(xué)、位置電離室電子學(xué)是上海質(zhì)子治療裝置點(diǎn)掃描束配系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,其性能影響治療劑量和劑量分布的精確性。本文根據(jù)束配系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)、加速器慢引出束流參數(shù)和劑量電離室、位置電離室參數(shù),提出了劑量電離室電子學(xué)和位置電離室電子學(xué)指標(biāo);確定了劑量電離室電子學(xué)和位置電離室電子學(xué)的技術(shù)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了兩種不同的電子學(xué)。劑量電離室電子學(xué)采用I/V(Current to Voltage)+ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)方案,位置電離室電子學(xué)則采用傳統(tǒng)電容積分法,兩種電子學(xué)均實(shí)現(xiàn)前端數(shù)字化,安裝在電離室內(nèi)部。最終搭建測(cè)試平臺(tái),完成了實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試。從實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果來看,劑量電離室電子學(xué)積分非線性±0.04n A,電子學(xué)分辨率±0.6n A(2 sigma);位置電離室電子學(xué)分辨率0.1nA(rms)。結(jié)果表明其性能已達(dá)到預(yù)期指標(biāo)。本文對(duì)深入了解質(zhì)子或重離子治療束配系統(tǒng)電離室電子學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)具有實(shí)際參考價(jià)值。作者研制了適用于質(zhì)子治療裝置束配系統(tǒng)電離室的電子學(xué),確保了束配系統(tǒng)照射劑量及劑量分布的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:The main function of the proton therapy beam matching system is to convert the beam produced by the accelerator into the treatment beam, and to accurately illuminate the therapeutic beam on the target tissue, how to accurately measure the dose of the proton beam. The position is the key of the whole bundle matching system. The Shanghai proton therapy device uses the free air flat ionization chamber as the dose ionization chamber and the free air strip plate ionization chamber as the position ionization chamber. The dose ionization chamber is electronic. Position ionization chamber electronics is the key equipment of the spot scanning beam matching system of Shanghai proton therapy facility. Its performance affects the accuracy of dose and dose distribution. The beam parameters, dose ionization chamber and position ionization chamber parameters are slowly extracted from the accelerator. The electronic and electronic indexes of the dose ionization chamber are presented. The technical scheme of dose ionization chamber electronics and position ionization chamber electronics is determined. Two different kinds of electronics have been designed. Dose ionization chamber electronics uses I / V current to VoltageADC. Analog to Digital conversion scheme. The position ionization chamber electronics adopts the traditional capacitance integration method. Both kinds of electronics realize the front end digitization and install in the ionization chamber. Finally, the test platform is built and the laboratory test is completed. The electron integral of dose ionization chamber is nonlinear 鹵0.04nA, and the electronic resolution is 鹵0.6nA ~ (2) sigma. Position ionization chamber electronic resolution 0.1nAn RMS). The results show that its performance has reached the expected target. This paper has practical reference value for further understanding the electronic design of ionization chamber of proton or heavy ion therapy bundle matching system. Electronics in the ionization chamber. The accuracy of irradiation dose and dose distribution of bundle matching system is ensured.
