中國應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)科研創(chuàng)新研究

我國建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家和科技強國的戰(zhàn)略賦予了高等教育參與國家創(chuàng)新以新的使命和意義。在中國高等教育體系內(nèi)即將占有很大比例的應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)也將在創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域內(nèi)發(fā)揮更加積極重要的作用?蒲袆(chuàng)新作為應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)履行區(qū)域知識供給者使命的一個重要途徑,其轉(zhuǎn)型與變革是實現(xiàn)應(yīng)用型發(fā)展的一項重要內(nèi)容。本文嘗試通過案例研究法甄別出與應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)科研創(chuàng)新最為緊密的因素將其提煉成十二項主題,并通過對這些主題的分析與研究,客觀呈現(xiàn)應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)(學(xué)院)(下同)的特點與現(xiàn)狀,并進一步闡明應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)如何更好的履行其科研創(chuàng)新使命。本文通過案例研究方法,以國內(nèi)四所應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)作為研究案例,通過深入個案分析呈現(xiàn)出應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)目前科研創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀,尋求出與應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)科研創(chuàng)新密切相關(guān)的影響因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)了存在的問題與矛盾并最終嘗試揭示形成這些矛盾的原因。同時通過跨案例對比分析,進一步探尋處于不同地域、不同發(fā)展階段、不同層次以及不同背景的院校在科研創(chuàng)新方面的差異與共性,為提升應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)科研創(chuàng)新能力、改善科研創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀提出一些建議和參考。文章一共六章。第一章為簡介,呈現(xiàn)了目前我國科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家戰(zhàn)略的大背景,分析高等教育在這一...
