自我對話對埃塞俄比亞足球運動員自我效能感和傳球表現(xiàn)的影響

  自我效能感是影響運動員成績的因素之一。自我對話是自信的來源,被認為是調(diào)節(jié)認知、情緒、行為和表現(xiàn)的一種策略。然而在體育領(lǐng)域中,自我對話對運動員表現(xiàn)的影響一直被忽略。最重要的是,關(guān)于自我對話對運動自我效能感及其運動成績提高的影響也普遍缺乏。因此,本論文以自我效能感(Bandura,1997)和自我對話(Hardy et al,2009)模型為基礎(chǔ),考察了激勵性和指導(dǎo)性自我對話對足球新手和專業(yè)球員自我效能感和傳球成績的影響;谧晕艺勗捀深A(yù)種類(MST、IST、CG)3×2運動水平(專家、新手)組間實驗設(shè)計,論文對45個俱樂部和45個青年足球訓(xùn)練營的球員被取樣進行研究。實驗分為四個階段:測試方案熟悉度試用階段、基線評估階段、自我對話干預(yù)訓(xùn)練階段和干預(yù)后評估階段。在MST組中使用自我對話“I Can”等和“Ready,target,pass by”等IST組進行了2周的訓(xùn)練,以與對照組完成的傳統(tǒng)足球訓(xùn)練進行比較。考察了激勵性自我對話(motivational self-talk,MST)和指導(dǎo)性自我對話(instructional self-talk,IST)和不同運動員水平對足球運動員自我效...
