【摘要】:幸福是人類始終不渝的追求,也是人類社會(huì)的永恒命題?梢哉f,一部人類文明史,就是一部人類不斷追求自身幸福生活的歷史。然而,近半個(gè)多世紀(jì)以來,在人類物質(zhì)財(cái)富獲得持續(xù)高速增長的同時(shí),人類的幸福感卻沒有獲得與之同步的增進(jìn),人類精神的失衡尤其是偏離科學(xué)的幸福觀是一個(gè)不可忽視的原因。當(dāng)今中國正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展全面轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,面對改革開放和社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下思想意識多元多樣多變的新特點(diǎn),意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域斗爭更加復(fù)雜尖銳。身處如此現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境之下,我國企業(yè)員工的幸福觀必然會(huì)受到不同程度的影響和沖擊。企業(yè)員工作為建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義的中堅(jiān)力量,幸福觀是否正確不僅關(guān)乎個(gè)人幸福,更關(guān)乎人民幸福和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代建設(shè)事業(yè)的興衰成敗。因此,大力培育企業(yè)員工樹立科學(xué)幸福觀,不斷增強(qiáng)企業(yè)員工的幸福感和獲得感,就成為企業(yè)思想政治教育工作者義不容辭的神圣使命和崇高責(zé)任。幸福觀是人們對于什么是幸福以及如何獲得幸福等人生系統(tǒng)中有關(guān)幸福問題的總的看法與根本觀點(diǎn),是一個(gè)人的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀在幸福問題上的具體體現(xiàn)。文章以幸福與幸福觀的相關(guān)概念、主要特征、基本內(nèi)涵等為切入點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的根本立場,重點(diǎn)闡述了幸福觀與世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀的關(guān)系,全面梳理了中西方傳統(tǒng)幸福觀、馬克思主義幸福觀以及毛澤東、鄧小平等中國共產(chǎn)黨人對幸福觀理論的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了古今中外幸福觀的思想演變、內(nèi)在邏輯和理論基礎(chǔ)。與中西方傳統(tǒng)幸福觀相比,馬克思主義幸福觀批判繼承了人類一切幸福思想精髓,從人的現(xiàn)實(shí)生活需求出發(fā),將物質(zhì)幸福與精神幸福、過程幸福與結(jié)果幸福、個(gè)人幸福與社會(huì)幸福、創(chuàng)造幸福與享受幸福等有機(jī)統(tǒng)一起來,突破了中西方傳統(tǒng)幸福觀的片面性和直觀性,彰顯出鮮活的理論生命力和巨大的理論潛力,因而是開展企業(yè)員工幸福觀培育的重要理論指南。培育企業(yè)員工構(gòu)建科學(xué)幸福觀,就要以馬克思主義幸福觀為指導(dǎo),充分汲取中西方傳統(tǒng)幸福觀積極內(nèi)核,幫助企業(yè)員工正確認(rèn)知幸福、合理追求幸福,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)員工的自由全面發(fā)展。圍繞這一培育目標(biāo),文章通過選取全國不同地區(qū)、行業(yè)、類型的企業(yè)員工作為調(diào)研對象,對新時(shí)期廣大企業(yè)員工的幸福訴求、幸福取向、幸福預(yù)期等現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析,并從政治多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、文化多樣化、社會(huì)信息化、價(jià)值多元化等方面,深刻剖析了企業(yè)員工幸福觀培育所面臨現(xiàn)實(shí)困境的主客觀原因,提出了以堅(jiān)定理想信念為幸福起點(diǎn)、以強(qiáng)化社會(huì)責(zé)任為幸福導(dǎo)向、以涵育道德品格為幸福依據(jù)、以促進(jìn)和諧統(tǒng)一為幸福歸宿等培育內(nèi)容,一元主導(dǎo)與多樣引導(dǎo)并進(jìn)、繼承傳統(tǒng)與求實(shí)創(chuàng)新并行、以人為本與系統(tǒng)滲透并重、正面激勵(lì)與民主管理并舉等培育原則,人文關(guān)懷與心理疏導(dǎo)相結(jié)合、顯性教育與隱性教育相結(jié)合、理論教育與實(shí)踐教育相結(jié)合、共性教育與個(gè)性教育相結(jié)合等培育方法,以期引導(dǎo)企業(yè)員工將科學(xué)幸福觀內(nèi)化于心、外化于行。企業(yè)員工幸福觀的培育是一個(gè)由低到高不斷生成的復(fù)雜的集合體,離不開一定的物質(zhì)條件和社會(huì)環(huán)境。文章立足于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新常態(tài)和企業(yè)員工幸福觀的調(diào)研現(xiàn)狀,從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)維度著手,將社會(huì)、企業(yè)、員工三者有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,創(chuàng)造性提出了企業(yè)員工幸福觀培育的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。在社會(huì)層面,要大力倡導(dǎo)公平正義、持續(xù)改善民生、堅(jiān)持以民為本、強(qiáng)化正面輿論,凸顯引領(lǐng)全社會(huì)的正確幸福導(dǎo)向;在企業(yè)層面,要通過組織創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新、文化創(chuàng)新、機(jī)制創(chuàng)新等,切實(shí)為企業(yè)員工成長成才搭建幸福平臺(tái);在個(gè)人層面,要全面掌握豐富實(shí)用的幸福知識、努力提升高尚優(yōu)雅的幸福素養(yǎng)、積極塑造陽光樂觀的幸福心理,真正提高企業(yè)員工感知幸福、創(chuàng)造幸福、享受幸福和傳遞幸福的能力?傊,培育企業(yè)員工幸福觀,是一項(xiàng)艱巨而持久的系統(tǒng)工程,必須從社會(huì)主義初級階段的基本國情、企業(yè)全面深化改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展和員工的思想實(shí)際出發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用思想教育、輿論引導(dǎo)、文化熏陶、實(shí)踐養(yǎng)成、政策支持等手段,才能增進(jìn)企業(yè)員工對科學(xué)幸福觀的思想認(rèn)同、文化認(rèn)同、價(jià)值認(rèn)同和情感認(rèn)同,為建設(shè)幸福中國、構(gòu)建和諧幸福企業(yè)提供強(qiáng)大精神動(dòng)力,讓廣大企業(yè)員工在協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局、奮力實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的時(shí)代征程中,享受到尊嚴(yán)與幸福。
