【摘要】:創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,隨著我國(guó)鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的相關(guān)措施陸續(xù)實(shí)施,民眾的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神正在煥發(fā),“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”、“草根創(chuàng)業(yè)”的新浪潮正在涌動(dòng)。大學(xué)生是創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的生力軍,也是國(guó)家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略的中堅(jiān)力量,國(guó)家正投入系列資源以推動(dòng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作蓬勃開(kāi)展,而創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作深入推進(jìn)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)就是提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。本文以聯(lián)系與發(fā)展、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與共生、協(xié)同與演化的思想為先導(dǎo),以創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程理論、行動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)理論、人力資源理論、職業(yè)能力開(kāi)發(fā)理論、資源協(xié)同理論等社會(huì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、教育學(xué)理論為指引,采用文獻(xiàn)分析、深度訪談與問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)合、理論分析與實(shí)證研究結(jié)合、定性分析與量化模型結(jié)合的研究方法,就大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力及其發(fā)展資源開(kāi)展研究。首先,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源、協(xié)同、資源協(xié)同等本文核心概念,依據(jù)自身的研究標(biāo)的進(jìn)行了界定,并對(duì)美、英、新、印、臺(tái)等具有典型性或可比性的國(guó)家、地區(qū)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力及其發(fā)展資源進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,凝練對(duì)后續(xù)研究的啟示與借鑒。其次,通過(guò)實(shí)踐凝練、深度訪談和成果借鑒,設(shè)計(jì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)通用能力、專業(yè)能力、機(jī)會(huì)能力量表,并利用實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)證實(shí)量表的有效性和可靠性,探索大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力9個(gè)要素之間的類型及層次的差異,由此創(chuàng)新性構(gòu)建以機(jī)會(huì)能力為引領(lǐng)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力要素類錐狀體結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并結(jié)合理論假設(shè)和工作實(shí)際,分析結(jié)構(gòu)模型的演化規(guī)律,產(chǎn)生對(duì)能力培育的路徑指導(dǎo)。再次,設(shè)計(jì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源利用情況量表,將現(xiàn)有的各類資源進(jìn)行梳理,明確對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展具有潛在或顯在提升作用的資源要素,同樣利用實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)量表信度與效度,檢驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)模型的擬合情況和模型變量間的關(guān)系假設(shè),利用實(shí)證方法科學(xué)判斷各類資源對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的直接或間接作用、作用力大或小,探明社會(huì)各界創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源分別影響大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)通用能力、專業(yè)能力、機(jī)會(huì)能力的路徑與效應(yīng)。然后,分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源協(xié)同的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系和資源內(nèi)生動(dòng)力,分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源的協(xié)同主體、平臺(tái)、關(guān)系及模式等,從而在前文分析單類資源可影響能力發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,探索資源科學(xué)配置、形成合力,協(xié)同推動(dòng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展的新機(jī)制。由此,不僅分析了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力如何構(gòu)成,而且探索了每個(gè)構(gòu)成要素如何受各界資源的影響,更進(jìn)一步探索了各界資源如何協(xié)同共促,為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展機(jī)制形成了多維度、多視角的理論基礎(chǔ)。最后,闡述大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展過(guò)程中的基本規(guī)律,以大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力結(jié)構(gòu)要素、影響因素及其發(fā)展資源的協(xié)同路徑為研究基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建“縱橫有道”的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展機(jī)制,并且進(jìn)一步融合當(dāng)前工作實(shí)際,為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培育和發(fā)展提供了對(duì)策建議。研究表明,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力可分成通用能力、專業(yè)能力、機(jī)會(huì)能力3類,其中,通用能力由自控能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通能力、應(yīng)變能力4個(gè)能力要素構(gòu)成,位于創(chuàng)業(yè)能力結(jié)構(gòu)中的最底端,趨于隱性;專業(yè)能力由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)能力、理財(cái)能力、創(chuàng)新能力4項(xiàng)能力要素構(gòu)成,位于創(chuàng)業(yè)能力結(jié)構(gòu)中的中層,趨于顯性;機(jī)會(huì)能力位于創(chuàng)業(yè)能力結(jié)構(gòu)的最頂端,也趨于顯性,是創(chuàng)業(yè)行為發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵,并引領(lǐng)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的方向。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的發(fā)展需要良好的外界環(huán)境和條件,社會(huì)各界創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源及其被利用對(duì)其影響很大。其中,對(duì)通用能力、專業(yè)能力影響的效應(yīng)從高到低為社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、實(shí)踐實(shí)訓(xùn)資源、教育教學(xué)資源、政策文化資源;對(duì)機(jī)會(huì)能力影響的效應(yīng)從高到低為社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、教育教學(xué)資源和實(shí)踐實(shí)訓(xùn)資源。此外,各類創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源或直接影響大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展,或須經(jīng)利用后間接影響大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展。其中,政策文化資源間接影響通用能力、專業(yè)能力,但對(duì)機(jī)會(huì)能力無(wú)影響;社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源間接影響通用能力,對(duì)專業(yè)能力、機(jī)會(huì)能力既間接影響也直接影響;實(shí)踐實(shí)訓(xùn)資源對(duì)通用能力、專業(yè)能力、機(jī)會(huì)能力均是既間接影響也直接影響;教育教學(xué)資源直接影響各類創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。既然資源影響作用大,那么實(shí)現(xiàn)資源協(xié)同共促尤為必要,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展有其需要依據(jù)的創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程規(guī)律、要素結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)律、人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律、資源交互規(guī)律,而創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展資源本身也存在協(xié)同的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力、模式路徑等,將其有效結(jié)合起來(lái),從跨學(xué)科、跨課堂的創(chuàng)業(yè)教學(xué)體系,立體化、塔式的實(shí)踐育人體系,開(kāi)放式、集聚型的社會(huì)促進(jìn)體系,以及一體化、輻射性的政策文化體系等方面優(yōu)化大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力發(fā)展機(jī)制將大有可為。
[Abstract]:Innovation and entrepreneurship has risen as a national strategy, with the relevant measures in China to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship implemented, people's entrepreneurial spirit is full, "public entrepreneurship, innovation", "entrepreneur" sina tide is surging. College students are main force for innovation and entrepreneurship, is the backbone of the national innovation driven strategy, the country is put into a series of resources to promote innovation and entrepreneurship students work vigorously, a key part of the work to further promote innovation and entrepreneurship is to improve students' entrepreneurial ability.
