中國民間調(diào)解言語行為的文化語用學(xué)研究

調(diào)解被認為是化解矛盾沖突的重要方式之一。調(diào)解的過程異常復(fù)雜,涉及的因素眾多。因而,調(diào)解研究呈現(xiàn)出明顯的跨學(xué)科特征,吸引了包括法學(xué)、社會學(xué)、心理學(xué)、政治學(xué)與國際關(guān)系、語言學(xué)等在內(nèi)多學(xué)科學(xué)者的共同參與。不可否認的是,語言在調(diào)解活動中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。從語言學(xué)的視角來看,調(diào)解是一種發(fā)生在第三方調(diào)解者與當(dāng)事人之間的會話互動形式。當(dāng)前,關(guān)于調(diào)解活動中語言使用的研究主要有兩大特點:其一,在已有的研究中,英美國家的研究者居多,研究對象也多為西方式調(diào)解。相較而言,以其他國家或文化族群的調(diào)解為對象的研究并不多,針對中國本土調(diào)解類型的研究則更為稀少。其二,大部分研究的關(guān)注點主要在描述調(diào)解活動中的語言行為與互動結(jié)構(gòu)特征,及其與活動機構(gòu)屬性或社會要素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,但很少探究特定的文化語境對調(diào)解語言使用的影響。我們認為,調(diào)解活動不僅是一項言語活動,同時也是一種文化實踐。在調(diào)解過程中,各參與者的語言行為的產(chǎn)出與理解不但受到了特定活動類型的制約,同時也受該文化語境要素(如信念、價值觀、規(guī)約等)的驅(qū)動。本研究在文化語用學(xué)的理論框架下,基于對十個真實的調(diào)解案例進行語料分析,旨在探究中國民間調(diào)解活動的語言使用特點及文...
