【摘要】：奏議是古代官員上書皇帝的文書的統(tǒng)稱,在我國歷史典籍中占有十分重要的地位。將奏議匯編成集的過程即為奏議集的編纂,在我國有著悠久的歷史,是構成我國古代檔案文獻編纂史的主干之一。明代是奏議集編纂活動較為豐富的一個時期,不僅奏議集的數量激增,參與奏議集編纂的官員數量增多,奏議集的類型與編纂方式較之前朝也出現了新的變化。奏議集的編纂成為明代修史活動中重要的一環(huán),也是編纂明代官員個人作品集的一種方式。對明代奏議集的編纂進行研究是研究明代史料的重要組成部分,也是研究我國古代檔案文獻編纂史不可或缺的一部分。本文共分為三個部分。第一部分對明代奏議集編纂的狀況進行概述,包含第一章的內容。這部分內容主要對明代史志及目錄書中著錄的明代奏議集的情況進行統(tǒng)計,并對明代奏議集存世情況進行梳理。第二部分是全文的主體部分,將明代奏議集分為奏議總集和奏議別集兩類進行考察。第二章重點研究奏議總集的編纂,包括奏議總集的分類、編纂目的與作用、材料來源、編次方式和代表性奏議總集的研究。將奏議總集按奏議內容分為綜合奏議集和專題奏議集,又將綜合奏議集分為通代奏議集和斷代奏議集;從利于教化、經世致用等方面研究奏議總集的編纂目的,從資政價值與史料價值上研究奏議總集的作用;在編纂時以史書、文集、奏議集、邸報、政府所藏奏議、私人留存奏議為主要的奏議來源;對奏議總集的編纂方式,考察了以事類為綱、以時間為序、以人物為門、以部門為類的不同的編次方法,分析明代主流編次方法即以事類為綱的政治效用,同時研究了奏議總集目錄的著錄類型;最后對幾部不同類型的奏議總集進行單獨考察。第三章重點研究奏議別集的編。與奏議總集的研究類似,包括奏議別集的分類與命名規(guī)則、編纂目的與作用、選材范圍與編次方法的研究。將奏議別集按照奏議內容分為歷官奏議集、職官奏議集和專題奏議集;通過對奏議撰者與奏議集纂者之間關系的考察,分析因兩者關系不同造成的不同編纂目的;對集內奏議的選材范圍進行探究的同時,對按時間先后、按所居官職、按事類、按流水號和多層級的編次方式進行研究。第三部分研究明代奏議集編纂的歷史地位,包含第四章的內容。首先對中國古代歷朝奏議集的編纂情況進行梳理,明確明代奏議集的編纂規(guī)模在整個歷史發(fā)展中所處的地位,再分別將宋代、清代奏議集的編纂與明代奏議集編纂進行比較,比較題材相同或相近的幾部奏議集的編纂,從而說明明代奏議集的編纂對宋代的繼承和對清代啟示作用。全文對明代奏議集的編纂做了系統(tǒng)的梳理,深入挖掘了明代奏議總集和別集的編纂方式,明確了明代奏議集編纂"繼往開來"的歷史地位。希望能夠進一步完善學界對我國古代奏議集編纂和明代史料的研究,能夠對學界以后的奏議集研究、明史研究、史料編纂研究和檔案文獻編纂研究有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The ancient official memorials is referred to as a letter to the emperor of the instrument, plays a very important role in China's history books.
