職業(yè)安全衛(wèi)生與人力成本對(duì)外資并購(gòu)的影響研究

中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放40多年以來(lái)取得了舉世矚目的成就,人們的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入得到了大幅度提高,生活發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。在改革開(kāi)放初期,職業(yè)安全衛(wèi)生和人力成本比較低,對(duì)外資企業(yè)具有較大的吸引力,但隨著人們生活水平的提高,職安衛(wèi)和人力成本在外資投資的占比逐漸提高,因此,在中國(guó)的投資環(huán)境發(fā)生很大的變化的情況下,深入研究中國(guó)企業(yè)職安衛(wèi)和人力成本對(duì)外資并購(gòu)的影響具有重要的意義。通過(guò)對(duì)職安衛(wèi)及人力成本的研究現(xiàn)狀及外資企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)家對(duì)外資企業(yè)的政策以及人力資源等是對(duì)外資并購(gòu)成本的主要影響因素。本文采用跨學(xué)科分析、對(duì)比以及案例分析等方法,形成以下研究結(jié)論:(1)職安衛(wèi)政策使外資并購(gòu)有效保障人力資源。通過(guò)調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)一些外資企業(yè)由于違反了中國(guó)的職安衛(wèi)政策,而影響了勞資關(guān)系,進(jìn)而影響企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)。我國(guó)在環(huán)境健康安全政策的規(guī)范化方面仍面臨挑戰(zhàn),職業(yè)病呈逐年快速增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。一方面職安衛(wèi)政策保護(hù)工人的基本權(quán)利,另一方面,如果職安衛(wèi)成本太高會(huì)給企業(yè)造成很大的運(yùn)營(yíng)壓力,導(dǎo)致并購(gòu)失敗或者外資撤資。因此,充分了解外資企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境,制定可行的職安衛(wèi)政策將對(duì)勞資關(guān)系、外資持續(xù)投入具有良好的促進(jìn)作用。(2)人力成本是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的重要因...
