目的探討腫瘤標(biāo)記物CA19-9、CA50和CEA對(duì)胰腺癌臨床診斷的價(jià)值,分析其與胰腺癌臨床病理的相關(guān)性和預(yù)測(cè)患者預(yù)后的意義。方法回顧性分析2016年1月-2018年1月在安徽省立醫(yī)院膽胰外科行根治性切除的44例胰腺癌患者的臨床資料,以同期40例非胰腺癌患者的臨床資料做對(duì)照組。統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組患者的腫瘤標(biāo)記物CA19-9、CA50和CEA的表達(dá)水平和陽(yáng)性率,利用ROC曲線(xiàn)分析該三個(gè)指標(biāo)單獨(dú)和聯(lián)合檢測(cè)對(duì)胰腺癌診斷的臨床價(jià)值,卡方檢驗(yàn)分析CA19-9、CA50和CEA與胰腺癌臨床病理學(xué)的相關(guān)性,Kaplan Meier分析患者的預(yù)后情況。結(jié)果觀察組中CA19-9、CA50和CEA的表達(dá)水平和陽(yáng)性率分別為204.38土 193.56 U/ml（86.36%）,57.78±105.63 U/ml（36.36％）和 5.18±5.19 U/ml（20.45%）,均明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。三者單獨(dú)診斷胰腺癌時(shí),CA19-9的靈敏度、特異度和曲線(xiàn)下面積均最高,為0.795、0.975和0.916,三者聯(lián)合診斷時(shí),靈敏度、特異度和曲線(xiàn)下面積分別為0.818、0.975和0.917。CA19-9和CEA...
