背景與目的:術(shù)前評(píng)估肝細(xì)胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC）經(jīng)常規(guī)導(dǎo)管動(dòng)脈化療栓塞（transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE）術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)對(duì)治療方案選擇和后續(xù)隨訪至關(guān)重要。探討基于術(shù)前增強(qiáng)磁共振圖像（magnetic resonance imaging,MRI）的影像組學(xué)模型、臨床影像模型和聯(lián)合模型與HCC患者經(jīng)TACE術(shù)后無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)生存期（recurrence-free survival,RFS）的相關(guān)性,并建立影像組學(xué)諾莫圖用于個(gè)體化評(píng)估無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)生存期和復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分層。材料和方法:本研究總共納入HCC患者184例,所有患者隨機(jī)（7:3）分為訓(xùn)練集（n=110）和驗(yàn)證集（n=74）。構(gòu)建基于瘤體和腫瘤邊界外擴(kuò)（1、3和5mm）的影像組學(xué)標(biāo)簽,使用最小絕對(duì)收縮與選擇算子算法（least absolute shrinkage and selection operator,LASSO）Cox回歸建立影像組學(xué)模型;使用單因素和多因素Cox回歸確立臨床影像特征獨(dú)立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子,并通過(guò)多因素Cox比例風(fēng)險(xiǎn)模型建立臨床影像模型;聯(lián)合影像...
