許多研究從宏觀層面探討農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展。最近,許多年輕人決定從事農(nóng)業(yè)項目,不僅僅是像老一輩人那樣為了糧食保障,而且是以戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)的方式進行實踐。目前,坦桑尼亞正在實施工業(yè)化政策,目標是使人民經(jīng)濟從低收入向中等收入轉(zhuǎn)變。坦桑尼亞農(nóng)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中占有重要地位,也面臨著許多挑戰(zhàn)。幾十年來,當?shù)匾恢痹谶M行農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),許多家庭這樣做只是為了糧食保障。如果要將農(nóng)業(yè)從地方一級轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦叨群蜐撛诘目沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展水平必須鼓勵農(nóng)業(yè)項目。本研究旨在找出影響農(nóng)業(yè)項目可持續(xù)性的因素,并對其進行評估,以確定哪些因素比其他因素更重要,最后提出改善坦桑尼亞農(nóng)業(yè)項目可持續(xù)性的策略。被學問的人開展的農(nóng)業(yè)項目,可以給那些剛從學校和大學畢業(yè)的上未有工作的年輕一代帶來更多的關(guān)注和啟發(fā)。不同的文獻討論了影響農(nóng)業(yè)項目可持續(xù)性的各種因素,本研究借助這些文獻識別出可持續(xù)性因素,并將其分為經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境和社會三個可持續(xù)性維度。資本、營銷、創(chuàng)新與技術(shù)、教育與知識、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、利益相關(guān)者管理、自然資源管理和政府政策法規(guī)是本研究確定的因素,其中一些因素在多個維度上相互作用,以政府政策法規(guī)為例。本研究同時使用一手和二手數(shù)據(jù),二手數(shù)據(jù)來自于深入的文獻回顧、網(wǎng)站等,一手...
