鉛筆和錘公司是一個(gè)專業(yè)做室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)和幫助客戶完成設(shè)計(jì)和裝潢的建筑公司。該公司成立不久,對(duì)于供應(yīng)鏈管理方面還有很大提高的空間。本論文從研究分析這個(gè)公司目前所面臨的狀況入手,分析該公司存在的問(wèn)題,然后用供應(yīng)鏈管理知識(shí)來(lái)解決該公司面臨的困難,幫助該公司在市場(chǎng)上提升其專業(yè)性和改善效率。期望的結(jié)果是,該公司能夠通過(guò)擁有一個(gè)更加順暢的工作流程,從而使其更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在供應(yīng)鏈管理方面更高效,同供應(yīng)商合作,在成本、質(zhì)量、物流和產(chǎn)能方面使供應(yīng)商有更好的控制。在分析了這個(gè)公司之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題,比如產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信息誤導(dǎo),不合理的供應(yīng)價(jià)格和供應(yīng)商較低的績(jī)效表現(xiàn)。本論文將給出利于該公司發(fā)展的解決辦法。
