鉛筆和錘公司是一個專業(yè)做室內(nèi)設(shè)計和幫助客戶完成設(shè)計和裝潢的建筑公司。該公司成立不久,對于供應(yīng)鏈管理方面還有很大提高的空間。本論文從研究分析這個公司目前所面臨的狀況入手,分析該公司存在的問題,然后用供應(yīng)鏈管理知識來解決該公司面臨的困難,幫助該公司在市場上提升其專業(yè)性和改善效率。期望的結(jié)果是,該公司能夠通過擁有一個更加順暢的工作流程,從而使其更具有競爭力,在供應(yīng)鏈管理方面更高效,同供應(yīng)商合作,在成本、質(zhì)量、物流和產(chǎn)能方面使供應(yīng)商有更好的控制。在分析了這個公司之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些問題,比如產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信息誤導(dǎo),不合理的供應(yīng)價格和供應(yīng)商較低的績效表現(xiàn)。本論文將給出利于該公司發(fā)展的解決辦法。
