不確定環(huán)境下基于IS資源的企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升研究

【摘要】:處于一個(gè)日益復(fù)雜且被冠以"超級(jí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)"和"動(dòng)蕩"的世界中,企業(yè)希望獲取并保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),不僅需要將自身現(xiàn)有的資源和能力充分利用,還需要適時(shí)調(diào)整其資源組合、開(kāi)發(fā)新的資源和能力以應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境不確定性,這就是動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論,其近年來(lái)出現(xiàn)后迅速在戰(zhàn)略管理領(lǐng)域扮演一個(gè)非常重要的角色。在動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論中,企業(yè)這一研究主體被置于不確定環(huán)境中,因而該理論的研究更加符合企業(yè)的生存現(xiàn)實(shí)。這一理論提出后很多學(xué)者從動(dòng)態(tài)能力性質(zhì)、產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展等方面以及動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)于企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響作用進(jìn)行了深入的探討,但需指出的是此類(lèi)研究中動(dòng)態(tài)能力仍具有不易操作性和難以驗(yàn)證性。已有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)從戰(zhàn)略層次上來(lái)洞察企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何成功配置和快速有效的管理稀缺資源,但是很少有文獻(xiàn)從企業(yè)信息化視角來(lái)研究動(dòng)態(tài)能力的構(gòu)建與提升;诖,形成本文研究的基本問(wèn)題:在不確定環(huán)境下,企業(yè)如何獲取和提升自身的動(dòng)態(tài)能力?能力的構(gòu)建由許多因素引起,企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)就是其中的一個(gè)重要方面。本文通過(guò)回顧信息系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)已有的動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論應(yīng)用研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中部分關(guān)注企業(yè)IT/IS應(yīng)用對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升的影響,建立動(dòng)態(tài)能力改善的研究框架,并對(duì)框架的各個(gè)組成部分之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。但是這樣的研究仍屬于少數(shù),雖然國(guó)內(nèi)外的學(xué)者們進(jìn)行了一些有益的的探索,但分析結(jié)論和目前對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論理解的主流趨勢(shì)仍有一些偏差。本文認(rèn)為企業(yè)在信息化進(jìn)程中不斷累積的信息系統(tǒng)資源是促進(jìn)企業(yè)能力培育與發(fā)展的重要方面;诂F(xiàn)實(shí)背景和理論背景,可以將研究的基本問(wèn)題更進(jìn)一步分解為三個(gè)更具體的問(wèn)題:子問(wèn)題一:企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力的內(nèi)涵是什么,如何測(cè)量動(dòng)態(tài)能力;子問(wèn)題二:企業(yè)IS資源是否是動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升的重要來(lái)源;子問(wèn)題三:環(huán)境不確定性在IS資源對(duì)于動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升的影響關(guān)系中起什么作用。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述、理論分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,應(yīng)用規(guī)范分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)于在不確定環(huán)境下基于信息系統(tǒng)資源視角的企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升這一基本問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。針對(duì)研究提出的子問(wèn)題一,本文首先提出應(yīng)用研究如何使組織能夠應(yīng)對(duì)不斷變化的環(huán)境的生存系統(tǒng)模型理論作為指導(dǎo),從理論上和實(shí)證探討動(dòng)態(tài)能力的內(nèi)涵與構(gòu)成維度及其內(nèi)在聯(lián)系;對(duì)于問(wèn)題二,依據(jù)對(duì)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的綜述分析,本文構(gòu)建了基于信息系統(tǒng)資源視角的動(dòng)態(tài)能力發(fā)展研究模型,然后應(yīng)用問(wèn)卷分析進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;對(duì)于問(wèn)題三,借鑒現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的研究結(jié)果,將環(huán)境不確定性變量劃分為環(huán)境動(dòng)態(tài)性和環(huán)境敵對(duì)性?xún)煞矫?實(shí)證分析其在IS資源與動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升的作用機(jī)制中所起的作用。通過(guò)上述三個(gè)子問(wèn)題的分析,本文主要得出以下結(jié)論:(1)動(dòng)態(tài)能力內(nèi)涵的剖析:五維度模型動(dòng)態(tài)能力是一個(gè)多維度、多層面的研究框架,在文獻(xiàn)分析和VSM理論指導(dǎo)下,本文認(rèn)為動(dòng)態(tài)能力內(nèi)涵可描述為企業(yè)適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化過(guò)程中,動(dòng)態(tài)更新其戰(zhàn)略,通過(guò)與環(huán)境進(jìn)行資源交互、內(nèi)部整合、外部協(xié)調(diào)及組織學(xué)習(xí)形成系統(tǒng)的解決問(wèn)題的潛力。動(dòng)態(tài)能力是一個(gè)通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略更新能力、組織學(xué)習(xí)能力、運(yùn)行控制能力、關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)能力和資源整合能力協(xié)同工作的"生存系統(tǒng)",得到實(shí)證支持。同時(shí)實(shí)證結(jié)果還表明,動(dòng)態(tài)能力是一個(gè)能力整合系統(tǒng),各個(gè)維度之間存在著有機(jī)聯(lián)系。五種能力存在相互作用、相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系,動(dòng)態(tài)能力在是五種能力的相互促進(jìn)過(guò)程中不斷提升與演化。(2)IS資源是不確定性環(huán)境下企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升的重要來(lái)源首先,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,IS資源在總體上對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力有積極的顯著影響,并且按照對(duì)IS資源的劃分,其中由外而內(nèi)的IS資源和跨越的IS資源與動(dòng)態(tài)能力的正向相關(guān)關(guān)系得到了驗(yàn)證,但是由內(nèi)而外的IS資源的影響并不顯著。其次,IS資源對(duì)于企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升的影響作用還通過(guò)互補(bǔ)性資源——流程融合的中介作用實(shí)現(xiàn)。詳細(xì)來(lái)說(shuō),流程融合對(duì)于由外而內(nèi)的資源與動(dòng)態(tài)能力間關(guān)系中存在部分中介效應(yīng);對(duì)于跨越的資源與動(dòng)態(tài)能力間關(guān)系屬于完全中介效應(yīng);而對(duì)由內(nèi)而外的資源與動(dòng)態(tài)能力間關(guān)系的中介效應(yīng)不成立。(3)IS資源對(duì)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升中的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)一步原因分析:IS資源易模仿性和易替代性存在顯著不同不論是易模仿性和易替代性,IS資源中由外而內(nèi)的IS資源與跨越的IS資源沒(méi)有顯著不同,但是這二者都顯著不同于由內(nèi)而外的IS資源,即具有較低程度的易模仿性和易替代性。而這正是各項(xiàng)IS資源在企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升中體現(xiàn)出不同的作用機(jī)理的深層次原因。(4)環(huán)境不確定性是IS資源對(duì)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升影響關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)變量實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,環(huán)境不確定性變量分解為環(huán)境動(dòng)態(tài)性和環(huán)境敵對(duì)性?xún)蓚(gè)因子得到支持。并且環(huán)境動(dòng)態(tài)性和環(huán)境敵對(duì)性?xún)梢蜃釉贗S資源對(duì)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升影響關(guān)系中均起到正向的調(diào)節(jié)作用,即IS資源對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力的影響作用在環(huán)境越是動(dòng)蕩、越是敵對(duì)的條件下會(huì)顯著增強(qiáng)。本文主要的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在:(1)依據(jù)生存系統(tǒng)模型和已有文獻(xiàn),提出動(dòng)態(tài)能力的內(nèi)涵及維度構(gòu)成,并實(shí)證驗(yàn)證了動(dòng)態(tài)能力五維度相互聯(lián)系的內(nèi)在機(jī)理;(2)IS資源可以通過(guò)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)方式和間接方式即通過(guò)互補(bǔ)性資源——流程融合的中介作用對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升產(chǎn)生影響,不同IS資源的易模仿性和易替代性差異是其在對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)能力影響作用表現(xiàn)差異的內(nèi)在原因;(3)厘清環(huán)境不確定性在IS資源對(duì)于企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升影響關(guān)系中起到的是調(diào)節(jié)作用?傊,本文研究的理論分析與實(shí)證結(jié)果具有重要的理論貢獻(xiàn)和管理啟示作用,為企業(yè)在不確定環(huán)境下從IS資源視角構(gòu)建和提升自身動(dòng)態(tài)能力做了有益探索。
[Abstract]:In a world of increasingly complex and "super competition" and "turbulence", enterprises want to gain and maintain competitive advantage, not only need to make full use of their existing resources and capabilities, but also need to adjust their resource portfolio in a timely manner and develop new resources and capabilities to cope with environmental uncertainty, which is the dynamic capability theory. In the field of strategic management, it plays a very important role in the field of strategic management. In the theory of dynamic ability, the research subject of the enterprise is placed in the uncertain environment, so the research of this theory is more in line with the reality of the enterprise. The effect of state ability on the long-term competitive advantage of enterprises is discussed in depth, but it is necessary to point out that dynamic capabilities are still difficult to operate and prove to be difficult to verify in this kind of research. The paper studies the construction and promotion of dynamic ability from the perspective of enterprise informatization. Based on this, the basic problem of this paper is formed: how to obtain and improve the dynamic ability of the enterprise under the uncertain environment? The construction of the ability is caused by many factors. The construction of enterprise information is one of the important aspects. This article through a retrospective letter The application of dynamic capability theory in the interest system field has found that some of them pay attention to the impact of IT/IS application on dynamic capability improvement, establish a research framework for dynamic capability improvement, and analyze the relationship between the various components of the framework. However, such research is still a few, although scholars at home and abroad have entered There are some useful explorations, but there is still some deviation between the analysis conclusion and the mainstream trend of understanding of the dynamic ability theory. This paper believes that the continuous accumulation of information system resources in the process of enterprise information is an important aspect to promote the cultivation and development of enterprise ability. Based on the realistic background and the theoretical background, the basic research can be made. The problem is further decomposed into three more specific questions: the sub problem one: what is the connotation of the dynamic ability of the enterprise and how to measure the dynamic ability; Subquestion two: whether the enterprise IS resource is an important source of dynamic ability promotion; Subquestion three: what role the environmental uncertainty plays in the impact of IS resources on dynamic ability promotion. In this paper, through literature review, theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper applies the method of combination of normative analysis and empirical research to analyze the basic problem of enterprise dynamic ability promotion based on information system resource perspective under uncertain environment. As a guide to the survival system model theory of changing environment, the connotation and dimension of dynamic capability and its internal relations are discussed theoretically and empirically. For question two, based on the review and analysis of the existing literature, this paper constructs a dynamic capability development model based on the perspective of information system resources. Using the questionnaire analysis to verify, for question three, draw on the results of the existing literature, divide the environmental uncertainty variables into two aspects of environmental dynamic and environmental hostility, and analyze their role in the mechanism of IS resource and dynamic ability promotion. Through the analysis of the above three sub problems, this paper mainly draws the following Conclusions: (1) analysis of the connotation of dynamic ability: the dynamic ability of the five dimension model is a multi-dimensional, multilevel research framework. Under the guidance of the literature analysis and VSM theory, the dynamic capability connotation can be described as the dynamic update of its strategy in the process of adapting to the environment change, and through the interaction with the environment, internal integration and external integration. The dynamic ability is a "survival system", which is a "survival system" through strategic renewal, organizational learning, operation control, relationship coordination and resource integration, and the empirical results also show that dynamic capability is a capability integration system. There are organic connections among the various dimensions. The five abilities have interaction, mutual promotion, and dynamic ability to promote and evolve continuously during the mutual promotion of the five abilities. (2) IS resource is the first important source of the enterprise dynamic ability to improve under the uncertain environment. The empirical results show that the IS resource is on the whole dynamic. Ability has a positive and significant impact, and according to the division of IS resources, the positive correlation between external and internal IS resources and leaping IS resources and dynamic capabilities has been verified, but the impact of endogenous IS resources is not significant. Secondly, the impact of IS resources on the dynamic ability promotion of enterprises is also complementary capital. Source - the intermediary role of process integration. In detail, process convergence has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between external and internal resources and dynamic capabilities; the relationship between leaping resources and dynamic capabilities is a complete mediator effect; and the intermediary effect on the relationship between internal and external resources and dynamic capabilities is not established. (3) IS The further analysis of the mechanism of the action of resources on the dynamic ability of the enterprise: the IS resource is easily imitate and easy to replace whether it is easily imitative and easy to replace. There is no significant difference between the external IS resources and the leaping IS resources in the resource of IS, but these two are significantly different from the inside out IS resources, that is, There is a lower degree of ease of imitation and easy substitutability. This is the deep reason that various IS resources reflect the different mechanism of the dynamic ability of the enterprise. (4) the empirical results of the environmental uncertainty are the empirical results of the influence of IS resources on the dynamic ability to improve the enterprise. The results show that the environmental uncertainty is decomposed into environmental dynamics. Two factors of state and environmental hostility are supported. And the two factors of environmental dynamics and environmental hostility both play a positive regulatory role in the relationship between IS resources and the dynamic ability promotion of enterprises. That is, the effect of IS resources on dynamic ability is more turbulent in the environment, and the more hostile it is, the main part of this paper is The innovation points are as follows: (1) according to the survival system model and the existing literature, the connotation and dimension of dynamic ability are put forward, and the internal mechanism of the dynamic ability five dimension interrelation is verified. (2) IS resources can be dynamic energy through the intermediary role of the process convergence through the complementary resources, namely the direct driving mode and the indirect way. The impact of force promotion, the imimation and substitution of different IS resources are the internal reasons for their differences in the impact on dynamic capabilities; (3) to clarify the regulatory role of environmental uncertainty in the impact of IS resources on the dynamic ability promotion of enterprises. The important theoretical contributions and managerial implications provide a useful exploration for enterprises to build and enhance their dynamic capabilities from the perspective of IS resources in uncertain environments.
