【摘要】：科學(xué)研究是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的基石�？蒲谐晒虍a(chǎn)品技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化的過程,也是知識擴(kuò)散和吸收的過程�？萍计诳墨I(xiàn)和技術(shù)專利分別作為科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要表現(xiàn)形式,已成為學(xué)者們進(jìn)行知識擴(kuò)散相關(guān)研究的有效工具�？萍计诳墨I(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利的知識擴(kuò)散速度越快,企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)方面的競爭優(yōu)勢越明顯,對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會進(jìn)步越有利。揭示科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利知識擴(kuò)散的時間延時內(nèi)在機(jī)理,挖掘知識擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),對于完善知識擴(kuò)散的研究理論,加快知識擴(kuò)散的進(jìn)程具有積極意義。本文從知識擴(kuò)散的時間維度和空間維度出發(fā),對科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利的知識擴(kuò)散展開研究。首先,提出技術(shù)專利的科技期刊文獻(xiàn)引文的降噪處理方法,確保后續(xù)研究結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。首先通過分析專利引文的來源、引用目的及其作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)專利的科技期刊文獻(xiàn)引文中存在和專利文獻(xiàn)相似度較低引文數(shù)據(jù),即引文噪聲。因此,建立基于相似度計算方法的科技期刊文獻(xiàn)引文降噪模型,然后收集多個領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)專利及其科技期刊文獻(xiàn)引文信息,對專利及其引文信息進(jìn)行相似度的計算,過濾掉相似度低的科技期刊文獻(xiàn),為后面章節(jié)的研究提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。其次,對科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利知識擴(kuò)散的延時過程進(jìn)行計量研究。先對科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利的知識擴(kuò)散過程進(jìn)行定性分析,并與科技期刊文獻(xiàn)之間知識擴(kuò)散的過程進(jìn)行比較,揭示兩者之間的相似性,提出利用科技期刊文獻(xiàn)之間知識擴(kuò)散的延時模型來描述科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利的知識擴(kuò)散延時過程的方法;進(jìn)而用四種期刊引文分布模型對降噪后的專利引文時間分布數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,找到最優(yōu)模型,驗證模型的適用性;通過對計算結(jié)果的分析,探討了科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利知識擴(kuò)散的時間延時特點(diǎn)。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,考慮到從專利申請到授予是整個知識擴(kuò)散過程中的重要階段,本文繼而對技術(shù)專利申請到授予的延時問題進(jìn)行了定量研究,基于出版延時模型和威布爾分布建立專利授予過程的延時效應(yīng)分析模型,以多個領(lǐng)域的專利數(shù)據(jù)為例進(jìn)行計算和分析,找出制約專利授予延時的重要因素并提出相應(yīng)的建議。再次,進(jìn)行科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利知識擴(kuò)散關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)挖掘的研究。從知識擴(kuò)散的空間維度出發(fā),通過技術(shù)專利對科技期刊文獻(xiàn)的引用以及科研人員之間的合作關(guān)系,建立由技術(shù)專利的發(fā)明人和科技期刊文獻(xiàn)的作者組成的知識擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò),對知識擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行挖掘和分析。構(gòu)造基于Newman指標(biāo)的廣度中心度來挖掘?qū)W(wǎng)絡(luò)中子群之間知識擴(kuò)散具有重要作用的節(jié)點(diǎn)。以合著網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例,分析了該指標(biāo)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。繼而收集并整理了專利發(fā)明人及專利的科技期刊文獻(xiàn)引文中的作者數(shù)據(jù),建立發(fā)明人與學(xué)者之間的知識擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò),利用本文提出的新指標(biāo)并結(jié)合比較常用的度指標(biāo)來挖掘和分析對知識擴(kuò)散有重要作用的節(jié)點(diǎn),提出如何充分發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)橋梁紐帶作用的建議,以保證知識擴(kuò)散暢通無阻,促進(jìn)科技期刊文獻(xiàn)到技術(shù)專利的知識擴(kuò)散。
[Abstract]:Scientific research is the foundation of technology innovation. The process of transformation of scientific research to product technology, is also the process of knowledge diffusion and absorption. Science and technology journals and patents respectively as the main form of scientific research and technological innovation, has become an effective tool for scholars of knowledge diffusion related research. Journal of Science and technology literature to technology patents the diffusion of knowledge faster, enterprises in technological innovation and intellectual property competitive advantage is more obvious, more favorable to economic development and social progress. Journal of science and technology literature to reveal the technology patent knowledge diffusion time delay mechanism, mining the knowledge diffusion of the important nodes in the network, for the study of theory of knowledge diffusion, has a positive speeding up the knowledge diffusion process. Based on the dimension of time and space from the knowledge diffusion, the science and technology journals to technology patents Knowledge diffusion is researched. Firstly, denoising method proposed technology patent citation technology, to ensure the accuracy of the results.
