文章摘要：中國(guó)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)近年來(lái)快速發(fā)展，但地區(qū)差異明顯。以沿海11個(gè)省市區(qū)為研究對(duì)象，從時(shí)間與空間2個(gè)角度，運(yùn)用變差系數(shù)及加權(quán)變差系數(shù)來(lái)表現(xiàn)1996～2010年沿海省市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差異程度，結(jié)果表明中國(guó)沿海省市海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)成倍增長(zhǎng)，總體差異在波動(dòng)中減小；采用區(qū)位熵、洛倫茲曲線及基尼系數(shù)對(duì)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及其空間布局演化進(jìn)行分析，得出海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向高級(jí)階段演進(jìn)，，海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚規(guī)模有所減弱，各產(chǎn)業(yè)趨于均衡發(fā)展；具有資源屬性的海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度最高，海洋第三產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度降低：利用主成分分析法對(duì)沿海省市的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)將其分為3個(gè)梯隊(duì)；使用R／S分析法對(duì)沿海地區(qū)差異情況進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)，顯示未來(lái)差距有增大的趨勢(shì)。最后從提高海洋資源開發(fā)能力、提高海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量等角度提出了具體建議。

Abstr：The marine economy of China is growing rapidly in recent years. Due to the differences in terms of the regional natural resource endowment, technology, industrial foundation, development and policy etc., there are large economic disparities among coastal regions. It takes 11 coastal provinces and municipalities as the ob- jects to study the differences in characteristics of marine economy development in China from the two aspects of space and time in the article. The article uses Variation Coefficient and Weighted Variation Coefficient to represent the differences of coastal regions from 1996 to 2010. It adopts the Location Entropy, Lorezn Curve and Gini Coefficient to analyze the marine industrial structure and the evolution of its spatial distribution. Prin- cipal component analysis is used to evaluate the comprehensive marine economic development of the coastal provinces and the R/S analysis is used to forecast the disparities of the coastal regions. Then some reasonable suggestions are put forward to the existing problems in the development of marine economy. The results show that： marine economy in coastal regions has multiplied while there is a significant regional disparity and the overall difference decreases in volatility. Marine industrial structure is evolving into the advanced stage, the proportion of marine secondary and tertiary industry exceeds the primary industry and the marine secondary in- dustry develops slowly on the whole. The scale of marine industrial agglomeration is reducing and tending to the balanced development. The marine industry with resource attribute has the highest concentration degree and the marine tertiary industry with spatial accessibility has the lower cluster. The coastal
