【摘要】：產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量乃一個企業(yè)的命脈,其重要性不言而喻。HH公司作為一家大型的石油設(shè)備生產(chǎn)制造商及工程技術(shù)服務(wù)的民營企業(yè),自成立以來,公司規(guī)模就逐年擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)品線也隨之豐富,其市場也從國內(nèi)發(fā)展到國外。雖然公司逐年壯大,但市場競爭也越來越激烈。面對這種現(xiàn)狀,HH公司要保持其現(xiàn)有的市場份額甚至擴(kuò)大市場占有率,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量起著關(guān)鍵性的作用。本文以HH公司產(chǎn)品為研究對象,在論述產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了HH公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制現(xiàn)狀,其中著重對公司質(zhì)量部門的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量控制體系、主要產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量事件進(jìn)行了闡述；接著分析并總結(jié)了公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制措施,公司目前采取地質(zhì)量控制措施包括制定明確的企業(yè)質(zhì)量方針、編制質(zhì)量手冊等相關(guān)文件、展開全方位產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測、構(gòu)建了適合公司發(fā)展的ERP系統(tǒng)以及實(shí)施6S管理,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文探討了公司質(zhì)量控制存在的問題,包括員工質(zhì)量意識觀念不夠、質(zhì)量部門機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置不合理、外協(xié)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量互不匹配、反饋與解決問題比較滯后等問題,這些問題在HH公司都比較凸顯,急需提出建議加以改善。最后,針對存在的問題,理性地提出了提升HH公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的建議。
[Abstract]:Product quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise. Its importance is self-evident. HH Company, as a large oil equipment manufacturer and a private enterprise of engineering and technical services, has expanded its scale year by year since its establishment. The product line is also enriched, and its market is growing from home to abroad. Although the company is growing year by year, the market competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer. In the face of this situation, HH wants to maintain its existing market share and even expand its market share. Product quality plays a key role. This paper takes HH products as the research object, on the basis of discussing the relevant theories of product quality control, firstly analyzes the current situation of product quality control in HH Company. The organization structure, quality control system and main product quality events of the quality department of the company are expounded, and then the control measures of the product quality are analyzed and summarized. At present, the quality control measures adopted by the company include formulating a clear enterprise quality policy, compiling quality manuals and other related documents, carrying out all-round product quality testing, constructing a ERP system suitable for the development of the company and implementing 6S management. On this basis, this paper discusses the problems existing in the quality control of the company, including the lack of quality awareness of the employees, the unreasonable setting of the quality department, the mismatch of the product quality of the external cooperation, the lag of feedback and the problem solving, and so on. These problems are prominent in HH Company, and it is urgent to put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of HH Company. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, the author puts forward some rational suggestions to improve the product quality of HH Company.
