生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)線上銷售信息化應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟份額中,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動應(yīng)用、移動支付等新生技術(shù)的推動下,電子商務(wù)以及其新生模式正在以極快的速度蓬勃發(fā)展,這使得傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)也必然要轉(zhuǎn)化傳統(tǒng)的銷售渠道和方式,進入線上營銷的陣營。對于已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了初步信息化管理的企業(yè),應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)對這種新經(jīng)濟形勢下的新發(fā)展呢?這就需要企業(yè)建立一套完整的電子商務(wù)與企業(yè)信息化結(jié)合的管理信息系統(tǒng)。將當(dāng)前最新的企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)(ERP、PLM、移動應(yīng)用平臺等)與當(dāng)前最流行的電商平臺(淘寶網(wǎng)、京東商城等)相結(jié)合,使供應(yīng)鏈與銷售鏈之間形成互動,促進企業(yè)實現(xiàn)更好的成本管控、信息前置,協(xié)助企業(yè)得到最大的利益回報,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利益最大化,在競爭激烈的市場大潮中爭取更多的砝碼。本文從企業(yè)信息化和線上銷售的概念、特征入手,以制定符合企業(yè)實際情況的信息化方案為目標(biāo),分別就生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的特點進行了線上銷售的可行性分析和策略研究,從企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)性信息化(即企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息化、供應(yīng)鏈信息化)和進行電子商務(wù)信息化兩大基點出發(fā),對生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的電子商務(wù)信息化進了分階段考量,并具體分析了其所面臨的諸多問題。在國內(nèi)目前已經(jīng)開展線上銷售的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)中,大部分已經(jīng)具備了ERP、PLM或者是其他信息化平臺,那么將這些企業(yè)的線上銷售信息,同其現(xiàn)有的信息化平臺進行有效的信息對接,提升整體的信息化能力,就是線上銷售信息化的關(guān)鍵所在。結(jié)合前面的研究分析,本文在第5章和第6章給出了一個整體解決生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)線上銷售信息化的建設(shè)方案,并針對整體方案中的10個主要功能模塊分別制定了具體的建設(shè)方案。該方案有效地將企業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)與線上銷售系統(tǒng)結(jié)合起來,它使得生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)更為完整,是現(xiàn)有企業(yè)信息化平臺的延伸內(nèi)容,起著從線上銷售過程傳遞信息到現(xiàn)有信息化平臺的作用。本文針對線上銷售電商平臺中會處理的特殊的業(yè)務(wù)給出了有效的解決方案,使參數(shù)化選配、促銷業(yè)務(wù)、拆單等特殊電商平臺業(yè)務(wù)同企業(yè)現(xiàn)有信息化系統(tǒng)進行對接,達到事半功倍的管理效果,新技術(shù)有效地推動生產(chǎn)力的快速發(fā)展。作為本文整體建設(shè)方案的成果,在第7章中給出了顧家家私系統(tǒng)平臺的具體案例進行了展示和說明。通過該系統(tǒng)平臺的展示,我們可以看到,當(dāng)ERP系統(tǒng)與電商平臺進行互聯(lián)之后,改變了企業(yè)信息化的現(xiàn)有狀態(tài),使信息化融入了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+的思維,整體提升信息互通性能實時地展示出來,二者結(jié)合使系統(tǒng)更為強大。企業(yè)物流、信息流、資金流多個方面在新網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟思維模式下依賴信息化系統(tǒng)進行了重新的配置與建設(shè),使企業(yè)真正看到了不同系統(tǒng)平臺進行整合的突破性效果。
[Abstract]:With the help of new technologies such as the Internet, mobile applications, mobile payment and so on, e-commerce and its nascent model are booming at a very fast speed. This makes the traditional production enterprises must transform the traditional sales channels and methods into the online marketing camp. How to deal with the new development under the new economic situation for the enterprises that have already realized the initial information management? This requires enterprises to establish a complete set of e-business and enterprise information management information system. The latest enterprise information system, ERPPLM, mobile application platform, and the most popular e-commerce platform (Taobao, etc.), The combination of JingDong Mall and so on makes the interaction between supply chain and sales chain form, promote the enterprise to realize better cost control, information preposition, assist the enterprise to get the maximum benefit return, realize the enterprise benefit maximization, This paper starts with the concept and characteristics of enterprise informatization and online sales, and aims to establish an informatization scheme that is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise. The feasibility analysis and strategy research of online sales are made on the characteristics of production-oriented enterprises, starting from two basic points: enterprise basic informatization (i.e. enterprise internal informatization, supply chain informatization) and e-commerce informatization. In this paper, the e-commerce informatization of production enterprises is considered in stages, and the problems they face are analyzed in detail. Most of them already have ERP PLM or other information platforms, so they can connect the online sales information of these enterprises effectively with their existing information platforms, so as to enhance the overall informatization capability. It is the key of online sales informatization. Combined with the previous research and analysis, this paper gives an overall solution to the construction of online sales informatization in production enterprises in chapters 5 and 6. According to the 10 main function modules of the whole project, the concrete construction plan is worked out separately. This scheme effectively combines the enterprise production system with the online sales system, which makes the production enterprise information system more complete. It is an extension of the existing enterprise information platform, which plays the role of transferring information from the online sales process to the existing information platform. This paper gives an effective solution for the special business that will be dealt with in the online e-commerce platform. The special e-commerce platform business, such as parameterized selection, promotion, disassembly and so on, can be connected with the existing information system of the enterprise, so as to achieve the management effect with twice the result with half the effort. The new technology effectively promotes the rapid development of productivity. As the result of the overall construction program of this paper, in Chapter 7, the specific case of the Gujia-Private system platform is presented and explained. We can see that when the ERP system is interconnected with the e-commerce platform, it has changed the current state of enterprise informatization, so that informatization has been integrated into the thinking of the Internet, and the overall performance of information interoperability has been displayed in real time. The combination of the two makes the system more powerful. The enterprise logistics, information flow and capital flow have been reconfigured and constructed based on the information system under the new network economic thinking mode. So that the enterprise really saw the breakthrough effect of integration of different system platforms.
