【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,能源消耗急劇擴(kuò)大,由此引發(fā)的能源短缺、環(huán)境污染、氣候變暖等問(wèn)題逐漸成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),節(jié)能減排已成為全球性共識(shí)。我國(guó)工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的持續(xù)升級(jí),能源需求呈剛性增長(zhǎng),節(jié)能減排形勢(shì)仍然嚴(yán)峻!按罅ν七M(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)”在十八大上的提出使節(jié)能減排的戰(zhàn)略地位在執(zhí)政思路上給予確保。發(fā)展市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作機(jī)制的節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),促進(jìn)節(jié)能減排,不僅可以培育戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),而且還為建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)創(chuàng)造條件。節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)在美國(guó)、歐洲等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已取得卓著成效。節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)是節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)主體,屬于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)行業(yè),專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)性強(qiáng),寄望于引領(lǐng)我國(guó)節(jié)能環(huán)保這一戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),其快速成長(zhǎng)對(duì)于促進(jìn)節(jié)能減排有著重要意義。然而,處于起步階段的我國(guó)節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)因規(guī)模偏小、政策支持力度不夠、融資困難等諸多問(wèn)題呈現(xiàn)出成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力不足的態(tài)勢(shì)。節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制成為本文研究的內(nèi)容,本文運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)理論研究法等研究方法,探索性研究我國(guó)節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力因素及其與成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效的關(guān)系。為此:首先,對(duì)節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)、價(jià)值鏈理論、企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制的理論文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理和評(píng)價(jià),為節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制的研究做基礎(chǔ);其次,利用價(jià)值鏈(網(wǎng))理論,系統(tǒng)研究節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè),分析節(jié)能服務(wù)價(jià)值鏈各價(jià)值活動(dòng)構(gòu)成,利用價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論,構(gòu)造節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng),并深入研究節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)價(jià)值網(wǎng)的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造機(jī)理、優(yōu)勢(shì)、共生性、主體選擇以及價(jià)值分配策略,結(jié)合節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)的國(guó)際比較,得到節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力因素,分析各動(dòng)力因素的作用機(jī)理,據(jù)此構(gòu)建節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制概念模型并設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷;再次,進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,根據(jù)調(diào)查收集的有效數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,得到擬合優(yōu)度最佳結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。最后,根據(jù)最優(yōu)擬合優(yōu)度結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,基于價(jià)值鏈理論,構(gòu)建我國(guó)節(jié)能服務(wù)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制,并提出相應(yīng)的管理對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, energy consumption expands rapidly, which leads to energy shortage, environmental pollution, global warming and so on. Energy saving and emission reduction has become a global consensus. With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the continuous upgrading of the consumption structure, the energy demand is increasing rigidly. The situation of energy conservation and emission reduction is still grim. "vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization" on the 18 put forward to make the strategic position of energy saving and emission reduction in the ruling thinking to ensure the development of market-oriented operation mechanism of energy-saving service industry. Promoting energy conservation and emission reduction can not only cultivate strategic emerging industries and form new economic growth points, but also create conditions for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The energy-saving service industry is in the United States. Europe and other developed countries have achieved remarkable results. Energy-saving service enterprises are the main market of energy-saving service industry, belong to the productive service industry, professional and technical strong. Hope to lead our country energy-saving and environmental protection as a strategic emerging industry, its rapid growth for the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction has an important significance. However, in the initial stage of energy-saving service enterprises in China because of the small scale. Insufficient policy support, financing difficulties and many other problems show a lack of growth momentum. Energy saving service enterprises growth motivation mechanism has become the content of this paper, the use of statistical analysis, questionnaire survey method. Literature theory research method and other research methods to explore the growth of energy-saving service enterprises in China and its relationship with growth performance. For this reason: first of all, to energy-saving service enterprises, value chain theory. The theoretical literature on the dynamic mechanism of enterprise growth is combed and evaluated, which is the basis of the research on the dynamic mechanism of energy saving for the growth of enterprises. Secondly, by using the theory of value chain (net), the paper systematically studies energy-saving service enterprises, analyzes the composition of each value activity of energy-saving service value chain, and constructs the value net of energy-saving service enterprises by using the theory of value net. And deeply study the value creation mechanism, advantage, symbiosis, subject selection and value distribution strategy of energy-saving service enterprise value net, combined with the international comparison of energy-saving service enterprises. The dynamic factors of the growth of energy-saving service enterprises are obtained, and the mechanism of each dynamic factor is analyzed. Based on this, the conceptual model of the growth motive mechanism of energy-saving service enterprises is constructed and a questionnaire is designed. Thirdly, according to the effective data collected from the investigation, the best structural equation model of the degree of fit is obtained by using the statistical analysis method. Finally, according to the structural equation model of the optimal degree of fit. Based on the theory of value chain, this paper constructs the dynamic mechanism of energy saving service enterprises in our country, and puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures.
