【摘要】：隨著科技水平的發(fā)展以及市場需求的不斷變化,供應(yīng)鏈中各企業(yè)間的合作越來越多,為了使企業(yè)成員都能受益,并且讓每個企業(yè)都有較強的競爭力,就必須對供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)成及運作進行深入研究,在這樣的大背景下,對供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究逐漸成為熱點。當(dāng)前對企業(yè)合作伙伴關(guān)系問題的研究越來越受到重視,但研究主要是在強調(diào)一些技術(shù)和流程要素,而忽略了一個在長期合作中起著至關(guān)重要作用的因素—信任。在現(xiàn)有的研究中,對影響企業(yè)信任的因素、企業(yè)間信任的評估方法、企業(yè)可信服務(wù)的選擇、可信服務(wù)組合等問題的研究還存在不足之處,針對以上問題,本文主要做了如下研究工作。首先,為提高企業(yè)交易信任評估的準(zhǔn)確性,提出了一種企業(yè)交易綜合信任評估方法。該方法從交易滿意度、交易金額、交易次數(shù)、交易時間這四個影響交易信任的因素入手對直接交易信任進行了評估,并運用了獎懲機制來抑制企業(yè)的欺詐交易,而后引入了推薦信任機制,給出了基于推薦可靠度的推薦信任評估方法,并通過對兩種信任值的融合來獲取企業(yè)交易綜合信任值,最后通過仿真實驗驗證了該方法的有效性。其次,為了提高企業(yè)信任評估的全面性和可行性,提出了一種全面評估企業(yè)信任的綜合信任評估方法。該方法首先對企業(yè)本身基本屬性所展現(xiàn)的信任進行了評估,構(gòu)建了評價指標(biāo)體系,以BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)給出了一種企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)信任評估方法,實現(xiàn)了對企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)信任的量化。結(jié)合企業(yè)交易綜合信任和企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)信任來獲取企業(yè)綜合信任值,并通過實例驗證了該方法的可行性。再次,在對服務(wù)進行選擇時,若存在虛假服務(wù)則會導(dǎo)致服務(wù)滿意度的下降,為此提出了一種基于信任的服務(wù)選擇方法。該方法以服務(wù)信任為基礎(chǔ)對候選服務(wù)進行篩選,然后給出了一種基于服務(wù)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)價格、服務(wù)時間及服務(wù)信任四個屬性的模糊聚類方法。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,通過設(shè)置服務(wù)屬性的權(quán)重系數(shù)來實現(xiàn)客戶對不同服務(wù)屬性的偏好需求,根據(jù)優(yōu)選服務(wù)策略選擇綜合服務(wù)評價最高的服務(wù),可以使客戶獲得較高的服務(wù)滿意度。仿真實驗表明基于信任的個性偏好服務(wù)選擇方法相對于基于信任的服務(wù)選擇及隨機服務(wù)選擇在服務(wù)滿意度方面有了較大的改善。最后,由于惡意服務(wù)參與服務(wù)組合會降低整個組合實際服務(wù)水平的問題,提出了一種基于信任的服務(wù)組合方法。該方對傳統(tǒng)遺傳算法進行了改進,在編碼方面改進了原有的一維整數(shù)編碼方案,并給出了一種自適應(yīng)的交叉變異概率的設(shè)置方法,設(shè)計了動態(tài)適應(yīng)度函數(shù),并在此函數(shù)基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合服務(wù)信任給出了一種帶自修正的動態(tài)適應(yīng)度函數(shù),通過修正可以使該服務(wù)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)價格及服務(wù)時間更接近于實際水平。仿真實驗表明該方法在服務(wù)組合的時間效率和全局搜尋能力及實際適應(yīng)度值相對于現(xiàn)有的方法有不同程度的提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology level and market demand, more and more cooperation between enterprises in the supply chain, in order to make the enterprise members can benefit, and let each enterprise has strong competitiveness, we must make up and operation of the supply chain for further research, in this context, the research on Supply Chain and supply chain management has gradually become a hot topic. The present study on enterprise partnership issues more and more attention, but the study is mainly focuses on some technical and process elements, while ignoring the one in the long term cooperation plays a vital role in the factors of trust. In the current study, the influence factors of enterprises trust, trust between enterprises, enterprise evaluation method, trustworthy service selection, there are still shortcomings in the research of trusted services composition problem, to solve the above problems, this paper mainly do the following research Research work. Firstly, in order to improve the accuracy of enterprise transaction trust evaluation methods, a comprehensive enterprise transaction trust evaluation is proposed. The method from the transaction satisfaction, transaction amount, transaction times, the transaction time of the four factors of the transaction trust direct transaction trust was evaluated, and the use of incentive mechanisms to curb fraud the transaction of enterprises, and then introduces the recommended trust mechanism, gives the recommendation trust evaluation method recommended based on reliability, and through the fusion of two kinds of trust value to obtain the comprehensive trust business transaction value, finally through the simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Secondly, in order to improve the feasibility and comprehensive enterprise trust evaluation the method of comprehensive evaluation of enterprise comprehensive trust trust evaluation is proposed. Firstly, the enterprise itself shows the basic attributes of trust evaluation, construct The evaluation index system, based on BP neural network gives an enterprise based trust evaluation method, the quantitative enterprise foundation trust. To obtain the enterprise comprehensive trust value with business and enterprise comprehensive trust based trust, the feasibility of this method is verified by examples. Thirdly, in the selection of services. If there is false service would lead to reduced service satisfaction, this paper proposes a trust based service selection method. The method for screening of candidate services for service trust based, and provides a service based on service quality, price, service and Business Hours trust fuzzy clustering method. On the basis of the four properties above, the weight coefficient set to achieve customer service attributes of different service attributes preference, according to the preferred service strategy of integrated services of the highest evaluation The service, so that customers can get higher service satisfaction. Simulation results show that the individual preference service trust selection method with respect to service selection and random selection of trust services has a great improvement in the service satisfaction based on. Finally, due to malicious services in the service composition will reduce the actual level of service problems, put forward a service composition method based on trust. The side of the traditional genetic algorithm is improved in the aspect of encoding improved one dimensional integer encoding scheme of the original, and gives the method of setting an adaptive crossover and mutation probability, designed a dynamic fitness function based on function, combining with a given service trust self correcting dynamic fitness function, through the correction can make the service quality, service price and Business Hours more close to the real water Simulation results show that the time efficiency and global search ability and actual fitness of service composition in this method are improved to some extent compared with the existing methods.
