左腦額中回在中文閱讀過(guò)程中的光成像研究

【摘要】:語(yǔ)言是人類(lèi)重要而獨(dú)特的大腦認(rèn)知功能,過(guò)去已有大量的研究對(duì)大腦在語(yǔ)言認(rèn)知任務(wù)狀態(tài)下的腦部活動(dòng)進(jìn)行探索。英語(yǔ)作為世界上使用最廣泛的語(yǔ)言,而漢語(yǔ)作為世界上使用人口最多的語(yǔ)言,有關(guān)二者的研究一直以來(lái)是非常熱門(mén)的方向。前人研究表明,大腦在對(duì)二者的認(rèn)知加工區(qū)域上存在差異,特別的是左腦額中回,這一特別區(qū)域?qū)τ谥形拈喿x有著至關(guān)重要的作用,而前人的研究并未發(fā)現(xiàn)該腦區(qū)在英文閱讀過(guò)程中有重要作用。前人用功能性磁共振成像(fMRI),腦電圖和事件相關(guān)電位(EEG/ERP),功能近紅外光譜(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS),腦磁圖成像(MEG)等技術(shù)來(lái)探究中文字形、字音和字義加工過(guò)程中腦區(qū)定位以及三者激活的先后順序。然而,對(duì)于中文閱讀過(guò)程中,形音義的激活時(shí)間先后順序,目前尚未形成統(tǒng)一定論。主流理論有直接通達(dá)模型,即字形到字義直接通達(dá),和語(yǔ)音中介模型,即字形到字義通過(guò)字音傳達(dá)。fNIRS技術(shù)對(duì)研究閱讀中不同成分的時(shí)間進(jìn)程具有一定優(yōu)勢(shì)。例如,相比于fMRI,它對(duì)被試的要求低,時(shí)間分辨率高;相比于EEG/ERP和MEG,它有更好的實(shí)用性和空間定位能力。鑒于上述優(yōu)點(diǎn),本研究使用fNIRS技術(shù)探討左腦額中回亞區(qū)在中文閱讀過(guò)程中形、音、義任務(wù)下的血液動(dòng)力學(xué)的時(shí)間序列的改變。被試是母語(yǔ)為漢語(yǔ)的19名大學(xué)生,實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)為中文漢字的字體大小判斷、同音字判斷和同義字判斷。分析數(shù)據(jù)得出以下結(jié)論:1.左腦額中回前葉相較于左腦額中回后葉,其激活強(qiáng)度更小,激活時(shí)間更晚。2.在左腦額中回前葉,形音義的激活時(shí)間沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)顯著差異。而在左腦額中回后葉,為形音義先后激活順序。該結(jié)果與主流理論一致。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)研究應(yīng)用光成像研究方法,從新的角度研究中文閱讀加工過(guò)程,為漢字形、音、義的激活時(shí)間進(jìn)程提供了神經(jīng)生理學(xué)的證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Language is an important and unique cognitive function of human brain. English is the most widely used language in the world, while Chinese is the most popular language in the world. Previous studies have shown that there are differences in the cognitive processing regions of the brain, especially the left middle frontal gyrus, which plays an important role in Chinese reading. Previous studies have not found that the brain region plays an important role in English reading. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), electroencephalogram (EEG) and event-related potentials (EMG), functional near infrared spectroscopy (near-infrared) and magnetic field imaging (Meg) were used to investigate the sequence of activation and location of the brain region in the processing of Chinese characters, sounds and meanings. However, in the process of Chinese reading, there is no uniform conclusion on the activation time sequence of phonetic meaning. The mainstream theories have direct access model, that is, the direct access model from glyph to meaning, and the phonetic intermediary model, which means that the phonetic communication of glyph to meaning has some advantages in studying the time process of different components in reading. For example, compared with fMRI, it has lower requirements and higher temporal resolution than fMRI, and it has better practicability and spatial location ability than EGR / ERP and Meg. In view of the above advantages, the fNIRS technique was used to investigate the changes of hemodynamic time series in the left frontal middle gyrus during Chinese reading. The subjects were 19 college students whose mother tongue was Chinese. The task of the experiment was to judge the font size, homonym and synonym of Chinese characters. Analysis of the data comes to the following conclusion: 1. The activation intensity of the left middle frontal gyrus was lower than that of the left middle frontal gyrus, and the activation time was much later than that of the left middle frontal gyrus. There was no significant difference in the activation time of shape and meaning in the anterior lobe of left frontal gyrus. In the posterior lobe of left frontal gyrus, the shape and meaning were activated successively. The results are consistent with the mainstream theory. In this study, the processing process of Chinese reading is studied from a new perspective by using the method of optical imaging, which provides evidence of neurophysiology for the activation time process of Chinese characters' shape, sound and meaning.
