城市發(fā)展和生態(tài)過程之間存在著錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的關(guān)系,城市的發(fā)展是多種作用力量在時(shí)間和空間尺度上選擇和作用的宏觀結(jié)果。土地利用方式的轉(zhuǎn)變、生境的片段化、水文系統(tǒng)的斷裂化以及能流和物流循環(huán)的改變等等都影響到了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。區(qū)域尺度上的環(huán)境變化對(duì)人類及人類的活動(dòng)都有著重要的影響。 近些年來,濟(jì)南面臨著許多生態(tài)與環(huán)境問題,比如植被覆蓋度較低,城市人口膨脹,地下水資源持續(xù)枯竭,城區(qū)污染的加劇以及生物多樣性的降低等。這些問題已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重阻礙了濟(jì)南整個(gè)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。城市化進(jìn)程必將引起工業(yè)和商業(yè)區(qū)域格局的轉(zhuǎn)換,同時(shí)也不可避免的帶來城區(qū)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的破壞。例如濟(jì)南西南部的劉長(zhǎng)山,東北部的驢山和東南部的小貍貓山的生態(tài)問題都迫切需要生態(tài)學(xué)家的介入。 本文以“濟(jì)南的主要生態(tài)與環(huán)境問題及對(duì)策”為題開展對(duì)濟(jì)南城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的研究。 選擇濟(jì)南作為研究對(duì)象有三個(gè)主要原因。第一,考慮到濟(jì)南的地理位置和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中心的地位,濟(jì)南生態(tài)保護(hù)與恢復(fù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)一定能為中國(guó)北方的其他城市提供借鑒,也同樣可以應(yīng)用到國(guó)外。第二,作者吃驚的發(fā)現(xiàn)濟(jì)南是中國(guó)面臨生態(tài)學(xué)問題的城市之一。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)可能來自政府,政府在第十個(gè)五年計(jì)劃中對(duì)生態(tài)和環(huán)境保護(hù)投入了前所未有的重視。第三,這項(xiàng)研究也對(duì)包括山東省在內(nèi)的一些省份開展生態(tài)省規(guī)劃具有幫助。最后作者所在實(shí)驗(yàn)室的老師和同學(xué)已經(jīng)在濟(jì)南市進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期的研究,可以對(duì)本人研究城市生態(tài)學(xué)提供豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。因此對(duì)一個(gè)留學(xué)生而言,作者認(rèn)為城市生態(tài)學(xué)研究是一個(gè)很好的學(xué)習(xí)和研究的機(jī)會(huì)。 這篇學(xué)術(shù)論文嘗試對(duì)城市區(qū)域進(jìn)行生態(tài)評(píng)價(jià),正如我們所闡述的那樣,生態(tài)過程是十分復(fù)雜的,研究十分困難,因此本文將集中在三個(gè)主要方面進(jìn)行探討:城市植被、城市空氣污染和城市人口,然后對(duì)人口和公共環(huán)境設(shè)施進(jìn)行的變化進(jìn)行了比較。本研究致力于成為解決濟(jì)南生態(tài)問題的一個(gè)階段。 為了體現(xiàn)本研究?jī)?nèi)容和目的,全文由五章構(gòu)成,除第一章之外,每章分別由引言(介紹)、研究方法、結(jié)果、討論和總結(jié)組成。
