濟南市的主要生態(tài)與環(huán)境問題及對策研究

城市發(fā)展和生態(tài)過程之間存在著錯綜復雜的關系,城市的發(fā)展是多種作用力量在時間和空間尺度上選擇和作用的宏觀結果。土地利用方式的轉變、生境的片段化、水文系統(tǒng)的斷裂化以及能流和物流循環(huán)的改變等等都影響到了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的結構和功能。區(qū)域尺度上的環(huán)境變化對人類及人類的活動都有著重要的影響。 近些年來,濟南面臨著許多生態(tài)與環(huán)境問題,比如植被覆蓋度較低,城市人口膨脹,地下水資源持續(xù)枯竭,城區(qū)污染的加劇以及生物多樣性的降低等。這些問題已經(jīng)嚴重阻礙了濟南整個城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。城市化進程必將引起工業(yè)和商業(yè)區(qū)域格局的轉換,同時也不可避免的帶來城區(qū)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的破壞。例如濟南西南部的劉長山,東北部的驢山和東南部的小貍貓山的生態(tài)問題都迫切需要生態(tài)學家的介入。 本文以“濟南的主要生態(tài)與環(huán)境問題及對策”為題開展對濟南城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的研究。 選擇濟南作為研究對象有三個主要原因。第一,考慮到濟南的地理位置和經(jīng)濟活動中心的地位,濟南生態(tài)保護與恢復的經(jīng)驗一定能為中國北方的其他城市提供借鑒,也同樣可以應用到國外。第二,作者吃驚的發(fā)現(xiàn)濟南是中國面臨生態(tài)學問題的城市之一。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)可能來自政府,政府在第十個五年計劃中對生態(tài)和環(huán)境保護投入了前所未有的重視。第三,這項研究也對包括山東省在內(nèi)的一些省份開展生態(tài)省規(guī)劃具有幫助。最后作者所在實驗室的老師和同學已經(jīng)在濟南市進行了長期的研究,可以對本人研究城市生態(tài)學提供豐富的經(jīng)驗。因此對一個留學生而言,作者認為城市生態(tài)學研究是一個很好的學習和研究的機會。 這篇學術論文嘗試對城市區(qū)域進行生態(tài)評價,正如我們所闡述的那樣,生態(tài)過程是十分復雜的,研究十分困難,因此本文將集中在三個主要方面進行探討:城市植被、城市空氣污染和城市人口,然后對人口和公共環(huán)境設施進行的變化進行了比較。本研究致力于成為解決濟南生態(tài)問題的一個階段。 為了體現(xiàn)本研究內(nèi)容和目的,全文由五章構成,除第一章之外,每章分別由引言(介紹)、研究方法、結果、討論和總結組成。
