丙烯酸酯裝置油改氣廢物焚燒爐的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境正處在變革和調(diào)整之中,氣候變化、能源資源安全等問(wèn)題越來(lái)越被人們所關(guān)注,環(huán)境保護(hù)已成為當(dāng)今世界普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)過(guò)持續(xù)多年的高速增長(zhǎng),在帶來(lái)空前繁榮的同時(shí),也不可避免地累積了一些環(huán)境問(wèn)題,治理污染,實(shí)現(xiàn)廢物達(dá)標(biāo)排放是我們當(dāng)前的一項(xiàng)重要課題。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)企業(yè)采用直接燃燒法對(duì)廢物進(jìn)行處理。本文以某石化公司丙烯酸酯裝置廢物焚燒爐為原型,立足于降低燃燒成本,對(duì)焚燒爐動(dòng)力燃料進(jìn)行替換的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究。本文查閱了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外研究焚燒爐相關(guān)問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出了未來(lái)焚燒技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。結(jié)合當(dāng)下各類燃料特性,研究了用天然氣替代原有燃料渣油的可行性,并對(duì)天然氣調(diào)壓裝置進(jìn)行了分析和研究,提出了調(diào)壓撬的設(shè)備構(gòu)成,為保證天然氣的壓力穩(wěn)定,滿足焚燒爐對(duì)燃料的需求提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。同時(shí),本文對(duì)焚燒爐的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備燃燒器進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并選擇在不同天然氣負(fù)荷下進(jìn)行冷態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn),為進(jìn)一步研究開(kāi)發(fā)和優(yōu)化燃燒器提供了更多的參考信息。另外,本文結(jié)合新的燃燒介質(zhì)和改造后的燃燒設(shè)備,對(duì)新的工藝進(jìn)行研究,提出了一系列新的操作要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了裝置一次開(kāi)車成功,滿足了生產(chǎn)需要,也為同類裝置焚燒爐的改造提供了參考依據(jù),在國(guó)內(nèi)廢物焚燒爐設(shè)備改進(jìn)方面具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the international economic environment is in the process of change and adjustment, climate change, energy and resources security and other issues have been paid more and more attention, environmental protection has become a hot issue in the world. After years of rapid economic growth, China's economy has not only brought unprecedented prosperity, but also inevitably accumulated some environmental problems. It is an important issue for us to control pollution and achieve waste discharge up to the standard. At present, most domestic enterprises use direct combustion method to treat waste. In this paper, based on the prototype of waste incinerator in acrylic plant of a petrochemical company, the key technology of replacing power fuel of incinerator is studied based on reducing combustion cost. In this paper, the present situation and development trend of a large number of domestic and foreign research on incinerator related problems are reviewed, and the development direction of incineration technology in the future is put forward. Combined with the characteristics of all kinds of fuels at present, the feasibility of replacing the original fuel residue with natural gas is studied, and the pressure regulating device of natural gas is analyzed and studied, and the equipment composition of pressure regulating pry is put forward in order to ensure the pressure stability of natural gas. It provides a certain theoretical basis to meet the fuel demand of incinerator. At the same time, the key equipment burners of incinerator are analyzed and studied, and the cold experiments are carried out under different natural gas loads, which provides more reference information for further research, development and optimization of burners. In addition, combined with the new combustion medium and the modified combustion equipment, this paper studies the new process, puts forward a series of new operation requirements, realizes the successful start-up of the device at one time, and meets the production needs. It also provides a reference for the retrofit of the incinerator of the same kind of plant, and has certain guiding significance in the improvement of the domestic waste incinerator equipment.
