污泥生物炭制備吸附陶粒

【摘要】:以城市污泥熱解產(chǎn)生的生物炭(BC)與高嶺土(KL)為原料制備吸附陶粒(SKC),研究其對(duì)環(huán)丙沙星(CIP)的吸脫附性能,開展吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)和等溫吸附特性研究,結(jié)合形貌、孔結(jié)構(gòu)、物相組成、表面電位探討其吸附機(jī)制,利用TCLP法研究重金屬浸出特征.結(jié)果表明BC與KL以6∶4的質(zhì)量比混合造粒,經(jīng)1 050℃燒結(jié)5 min得到的SKC對(duì)CIP有明顯的吸附效果,去除率達(dá)65.34%;SKC對(duì)CIP的吸附符合二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,在不同質(zhì)量濃度下的吸附特性適用于Freundlich等溫吸附模型,吸附過程同時(shí)存在物理和化學(xué)吸附.SKC具有良好的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu),物相組成以硅鋁氧化物、鐵氧化物和金屬磷酸鹽為主,既能降低重金屬的浸出毒性又具有良好的CIP吸附去除效果,有望為處理廢水中高濃度CIP提供一種低成本可回收的吸附材料,也為BC的規(guī);踩锰峁┝诵滤悸.
[Abstract]:The adsorption and desorption properties of ciprofloxacin (CIP) were studied by using biochar (BC) and kaolin (KL) produced by municipal sludge pyrolysis as raw materials to study the adsorption and desorption properties of ciprofloxacin (CIP). The adsorption kinetics and isotherm adsorption characteristics were studied, and the morphology was combined with the adsorption kinetics and isotherm adsorption characteristics. The adsorption mechanism of pore structure, phase composition and surface potential was discussed. The leaching characteristics of heavy metals were studied by TCLP method. The results showed that BC and KL were mixed granulated at 6:4, and the SKC obtained by sintering at 1 050 鈩,
