西安市秋冬季不同空氣質(zhì)量下可培養(yǎng)微生物氣溶膠濃度和粒徑分布

【摘要】:利用Anderson空氣微生物采樣器對西安市2014年9月~2015年1月間可培養(yǎng)微生物氣溶膠進行采樣、培養(yǎng),分析不同空氣質(zhì)量下其濃度與粒徑變化特征,并對其與顆粒污染物(PM_(2.5)、PM_(10))、氣象參數(shù)(溫度、相對濕度)和其它氣態(tài)污染物(NO_2、SO_2、O_3)進行主成分+多元線性回歸分析.結(jié)果顯示,可培養(yǎng)細(xì)菌和真菌氣溶膠濃度范圍分別為97~1 909CFU·m~(-3),92~1 737 CFU·m~(-3).隨空氣污染程度加深,兩種微生物氣溶膠濃度均呈現(xiàn)增加趨勢;細(xì)菌氣溶膠粒徑分布向粗顆粒偏移;而真菌氣溶膠在低污染時呈正態(tài)分布,高污染時粒徑峰值向細(xì)顆粒偏移.主成分分析結(jié)果顯示,可培養(yǎng)微生物氣溶膠主要與灰霾、太陽輻射和相對濕度有關(guān).多元線性回歸結(jié)果表明,細(xì)菌氣溶膠與灰霾呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05),與太陽輻射呈不顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與濕度呈不顯著正相關(guān);真菌氣溶膠與灰霾、太陽輻射和相對濕度均呈不顯著正相關(guān).研究結(jié)果可以為評估微生物氣溶膠所引起的環(huán)境與健康效應(yīng)提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù).
