電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法測(cè)定赤泥中6種稀土元素

【摘要】:0.25g赤泥樣品經(jīng)3g氫氧化鈉熔融20min,再用熱水浸取和鹽酸(1+1)溶液20mL提取,最后用水定容至250mL。采用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法測(cè)定其中鑭、鈰、鐠、釹、鈧、釔等6種稀土元素的含量。6種稀土元素的質(zhì)量濃度均在2.00mg·L~(-1)以內(nèi)與其對(duì)應(yīng)的發(fā)射強(qiáng)度呈線性關(guān)系,方法的檢出限(3s)為0.001 8~0.042mg·L~(-1)。方法用于赤泥樣品的分析,加標(biāo)回收率為85.0%~105%,測(cè)定值的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=6)為0.24%~0.70%。
