二段式鳥糞石結(jié)晶法處理銅氨絡(luò)合廢水(英文)

【摘要】:通過向合成銅氨絡(luò)合廢液中添加鎂離子Mg~(2+)和磷酸根離子PO_4~(3-),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)絡(luò)合離子的解離,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)銅與氨氮的同步脫除。據(jù)此建立了兩段式鳥糞石結(jié)晶法(TSSF),用于去除銅及氨氮。其中,第一段添加90%藥劑(MgCl_2及Na_2HPO_4),第二段添加剩余10%藥劑?疾炝自醇版V源添加量、pH、反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)銅及氨氮去除率的影響。結(jié)果表明,TSSF法對(duì)銅、氨的去除性能優(yōu)于一段式沉淀法。在n(NH_3-N):n(Mg):n(P)=1:1.2:1.5(摩爾比)、pH=9、反應(yīng)時(shí)間30 min情況下,銅及氨氮的去除率分別為98.9%和99.96%。采用銅氨絡(luò)合物與鳥糞石對(duì)氨氮的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制解釋了TSSF法對(duì)銅、氨的高效去除,并采用基于計(jì)算及優(yōu)勢(shì)相圖的熱力學(xué)分析手段進(jìn)一步闡明了銅氨絡(luò)合離子的解離機(jī)制。此外,X射線衍射分析(XRD)及能譜分析(EDS)結(jié)果也證實(shí)了鳥糞石的形成及銅的沉淀,揭示了銅及氨氮從液相到固相的轉(zhuǎn)變過程。
[Abstract]:By adding magnesium ion Mg~ (2) and phosphate ion PO_4~ (3 -) to the synthetic copper ammonia complex waste liquid, the separation of complex ions can be realized, and the synchronous removal of copper and ammonia nitrogen can be realized. Based on this, a two-stage guano crystallization method (TSSF), was established to remove copper and ammonia nitrogen.
