二段式鳥糞石結(jié)晶法處理銅氨絡(luò)合廢水(英文)

【摘要】:通過向合成銅氨絡(luò)合廢液中添加鎂離子Mg~(2+)和磷酸根離子PO_4~(3-),可以實現(xiàn)絡(luò)合離子的解離,從而實現(xiàn)銅與氨氮的同步脫除。據(jù)此建立了兩段式鳥糞石結(jié)晶法(TSSF),用于去除銅及氨氮。其中,第一段添加90%藥劑(MgCl_2及Na_2HPO_4),第二段添加剩余10%藥劑。考察磷源及鎂源添加量、pH、反應(yīng)時間對銅及氨氮去除率的影響。結(jié)果表明,TSSF法對銅、氨的去除性能優(yōu)于一段式沉淀法。在n(NH_3-N):n(Mg):n(P)=1:1.2:1.5(摩爾比)、pH=9、反應(yīng)時間30 min情況下,銅及氨氮的去除率分別為98.9%和99.96%。采用銅氨絡(luò)合物與鳥糞石對氨氮的競爭機制解釋了TSSF法對銅、氨的高效去除,并采用基于計算及優(yōu)勢相圖的熱力學分析手段進一步闡明了銅氨絡(luò)合離子的解離機制。此外,X射線衍射分析(XRD)及能譜分析(EDS)結(jié)果也證實了鳥糞石的形成及銅的沉淀,揭示了銅及氨氮從液相到固相的轉(zhuǎn)變過程。
[Abstract]:By adding magnesium ion Mg~ (2) and phosphate ion PO_4~ (3 -) to the synthetic copper ammonia complex waste liquid, the separation of complex ions can be realized, and the synchronous removal of copper and ammonia nitrogen can be realized. Based on this, a two-stage guano crystallization method (TSSF), was established to remove copper and ammonia nitrogen. In the first stage, 90% of the agents (MgCl_2 and Na_2HPO_4) were added, and the remaining 10% of the agents were added in the second stage. The effects of phosphorus source and magnesium source and pH, reaction time on the removal rate of copper and ammonia nitrogen were investigated.
