重慶出口貿(mào)易隱含碳排放測算及其效應(yīng)分解
[Abstract]:Whether or not delegates at the Marrakech meeting negotiate the implementation of the provisions of the Paris Accords, and whether countries implement the "national contribution" initiative, the low carbonization of international trade has become a global consensus. Trade low-carbon development voice is rising, the country "13." The plan points out that we should persist in green, low-carbon cycle development, improve the ecological environment and promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. The development of export trade towards low carbonization is not only due to external pressure, but also an urgent need for the transformation of China's economic growth mode. Chongqing, as a free trade experimental area in China, is also a large central city in China. It is necessary to measure and decompose the implied carbon emissions from Chongqing's export trade. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the implied carbon emissions and effect decomposition of Chongqing export trade. In addition to the first chapter of the introduction, this paper also includes five chapters. The second chapter mainly discusses the related concepts and theories, thinks that the export trade implied carbon is a kind of implied carbon emission transfer. As an important port in China's inland opening, Chongqing should adhere to the concept of sustainable development, raise the requirements of carbon dioxide emissions and environmental pollution, and realize the low carbonization of export trade. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of implied carbon emissions in Chongqing's export trade and export trade from data collation analysis and input-output model. The results show that the scale of Chongqing's export trade decreases slightly under the new normal economic situation. In particular, the scale of import decreases by a large proportion; most industries in Chongqing consume less energy in the production of final products, and most of the energy consumption is consumed in the production of intermediate inputs. Although the overall trend of carbon emissions per unit of output value in Chongqing has declined, the scale of implied carbon emissions in exports has shown an upward trend. In the fourth chapter, by using the factor decomposition model and the logarithmic average Dee index method, the implied carbon of Chongqing export trade is decomposed, and the scale and structure of export trade are concluded. The related technology is the important reason that affects the implied carbon emission of export trade. Among them, there is a positive correlation between the scale of export trade and the implied carbon emissions of Chongqing export trade, while the technology and trade structure show complex fluctuations. The fifth chapter studies the low carbonization path of Chongqing's export trade and the related countermeasures. Finally, it concludes that Chongqing should follow the national low carbon standard, import high carbon products and export low carbon products at the present stage; In the latter stage, Chongqing should adjust its trade structure and improve low-carbon technology, import low-carbon products, export low-carbon products, and make export trade low-carbon. Then, from the aspects of export trade structure, low-carbon technology, energy consumption structure, carbon tax collection and citizens' awareness of energy saving and emission reduction, it provides feasible suggestions for the development of Chongqing's export trade. The sixth chapter makes the research summary and the research prospect.
