電氣石強化序批式生物膜反應器脫氮效能研究

【摘要】:比較了含電氣石的新型陶粒生物膜載體和普通陶粒生物膜載體組成的電氣石強化序批式生物膜反應器(SBBR)工藝和普通SBBR工藝的脫氮效能。結(jié)果表明,新型陶粒生物膜載體具有更好的吸附性能和生物親和性。單周期分析表明,電氣石強化SBBR工藝中氨氮濃度明顯低于普通SBBR工藝,同步反硝化作用也強于普通SBBR工藝,表明電氣石強化SBBR工藝的的脫氮效果優(yōu)于普通SBBR工藝。90d的穩(wěn)定運行進一步證明了電氣石強化SBBR工藝的脫氮性能優(yōu)于普通SBBR工藝,而且COD和總磷的去除效果也優(yōu)于普通SBBR工藝。
[Abstract]:The denitrification efficiency of a new ceramic biofilm carrier containing tourmaline and a tourmaline enhanced sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) and a conventional SBBR process were compared. The results show that the new ceramic biofilm carrier has better adsorption performance and biological affinity. One-cycle analysis showed that the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in tourmaline reinforced SBBR process was significantly lower than that in ordinary SBBR process, and the simultaneous denitrification was also stronger than that in ordinary SBBR process. The results show that the denitrification effect of tourmaline enhanced SBBR process is better than that of ordinary SBBR process. 90d stable operation further proves that the denitrification performance of tourmaline reinforced SBBR process is better than that of ordinary SBBR process, and the removal efficiency of COD and total phosphorus is better than that of ordinary SBBR process.
