蒽醌-2-磺酸鹽強(qiáng)化電輔助微生物體系對偶氮染料的脫色效果
[Abstract]:In order to improve the biodegradation efficiency of azo dyes, the electroassisted degradation process was introduced. The degradation effects of EAMS (Electrochemical system) and MS (microbial system) on reactive brilliant red X-3B of azo dyes were studied. The enhancement effect of AQS (anthraquinone-2-sulfonate) on the degradation of dyes by electromicrobial system was investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of reactive brilliant red X-3B was 99.8% at 24 h, which was 10.8% larger than the sum of MS (61.9%) and ECS (27.1%). When c (AQS) was 0.050 mmol/L, the degradation rate was the fastest and the first-order kinetic constant was 1.962 h ~ (-1), which was 7.42 times of that without AQS (0.264 4 h ~ (-1). After the addition of AQS, the current in the system increased, which indicated that AQS accelerated the electron transfer rate in the degradation process. The results show that the addition of AQS can realize the long-distance electron transfer process between the electrode and the microorganism far away from the electrode and the multiphase reaction interface, so that the microorganism of the whole system can play a rapid role to enhance the degradation of azo dyes.
