消炎痛生產(chǎn)廢水處理工藝設(shè)計(jì)及運(yùn)行控制研究

【摘要】:消炎痛,又稱為吲哚美辛,英文名為:Indomethacin,是一種具有抑制環(huán)氧酶的作用致使前列腺素的合成減少以達(dá)到抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、解熱作用的非甾體抗炎藥,分子式:C19H16ClnO4,在其重氮、;、合環(huán)、精致等生產(chǎn)過程中,產(chǎn)生了大量制藥廢水,該廢水成分復(fù)雜,處理難度大。本課題目的是針對(duì)石家莊經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)某企業(yè)消炎痛生產(chǎn)廢水濃度高,色度深、處理難度大的特點(diǎn),在經(jīng)過中試的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了工程工藝設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行控制研究,希望對(duì)消炎痛廢水的處理提供一些參考。預(yù)處理實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,采用PAC(聚合氯化鋁)、PAM(聚丙烯酰胺)作為最佳混凝劑,最佳投加量分別為200 mg/L和0.8 mg/L,進(jìn)水指標(biāo)COD5000~5500 mg/L,SS2500-3000 mg/L,出水COD、SS為3500-3850 mg/L和300~360 mg/L,COD、SS去除率為30%和88%,為后續(xù)處理打下良好基礎(chǔ)。通過方案對(duì)比,確定“均質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)—預(yù)曝氣池—混凝沉淀—ABR—SBR—BAF”為處理工藝方案。經(jīng)過調(diào)試與穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,工程日處理廢水1000 m3/d,處理后的COD、氨氮去除效率可達(dá)99%,達(dá)到要求的設(shè)計(jì)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),運(yùn)行效果良好,出水水質(zhì)滿足石家莊經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)污水處理廠污水接納協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。項(xiàng)目占地面積為2474 m2,總投資2043.11萬元,年運(yùn)行費(fèi)用為764.85萬元/a,運(yùn)行成本為25.495元/噸。研究結(jié)果表明,論文提出的組合工藝對(duì)消炎痛廢水處理經(jīng)濟(jì)有效,技術(shù)可行。
[Abstract]:Indomethacin, also known as indomethacin, is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with an inhibitory effect on cyclooxygenase that reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins to achieve anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects, with the molecular formula: C19H16ClnO4, in its diazo, acylation, and ring. A large amount of pharmaceutical wastewater is produced in the process of delicate production, which is difficult to treat because of its complex composition. In view of the characteristics of high concentration, deep chroma and difficulty in treatment of indomethacin wastewater in a certain enterprise in Shijiazhuang Economic and technological Development Zone, the engineering process design and operation control are studied on the basis of pilot test. It is hoped to provide some references for the treatment of indomethacin wastewater. The pretreatment experiment showed that PAC (polyaluminum chloride) PAM (polyacrylamide) was used as the best coagulant. The optimal dosages are 200 mg / L and 0.8 mg / L, respectively. The influent index COD5000 ~ 5500 mg / L is 2500-3000 mg / L, the effluent CODSS is 3500-3850 mg / L and the removal rate of 300-360 mg / L / L CODSS is 30% and 88% respectively, which lays a good foundation for the follow-up treatment. The homogenization adjustment-pre-aeration tank-coagulation sedimentation-ABR-SBR-BAF was selected as the process plan. After debugging and stable operation data analysis, the waste water is treated by 1000 m3 / d per day. After treatment, the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen can reach 99%, which meets the required design discharge standard, and the operation effect is good. The effluent quality meets the agreement standard of sewage treatment plant in Shijiazhuang Economic and technological Development Zone. The area of the project is 2474 m2, the total investment is 20.4311 million yuan, the annual operating cost is 7.6485 million yuan / a, and the operating cost is 25.495 yuan / ton. The results show that the combined process proposed in this paper is economical, effective and feasible for indomethacin wastewater treatment.
