磁響應(yīng)性β-環(huán)糊精有機(jī)膦酸包合物及重金屬吸附性能研究

【摘要】:本論文研究了具有磁響應(yīng)性的環(huán)糊精有機(jī)膦酸包合物在處理廢水中重金屬離子方面的可能應(yīng)用,基于此前對(duì)環(huán)糊精有機(jī)膦酸包合物的理論研究,本論文對(duì)該理論的實(shí)用價(jià)值進(jìn)行了探討,期望能在重金屬離子去除方面提供一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。本論文首先通過(guò)水熱法合成了具有磁響應(yīng)性的四氧化三鐵納米顆粒,為了改善納米顆粒在溶液中的分散性和穩(wěn)定性,使用Stober法在納米顆粒外部包裹上一層二氧化硅外殼。隨后用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷對(duì)納米顆粒表面氨基化處理,得到表面可修飾的Fe3O4@Si02@APTES,通過(guò)與單-6-(6-O-對(duì)甲苯磺酰基)-β-環(huán)糊精作用得到環(huán)糊精修飾的納米顆粒,并于水溶液中與2-膦酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷進(jìn)行包合,得到具有磁響應(yīng)性的環(huán)糊精有機(jī)磷酸包合物(MNP-CD-PBTCA)。利用XRD、TGA、FTIR、SEM和TEM手段對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)表征和形貌研究。隨后研究了 MNP-CD-PBTCA對(duì)Hg(ⅡI)和Pb(ⅡI)的吸附性能,對(duì)Hg(Ⅱ),考察了不同因素(pH、Hg(Ⅱ)濃度、溫度、時(shí)間)對(duì)MNP-CD-PBTCA吸附Hg(Ⅱ)性能的影響,結(jié)果表明當(dāng)溶液pH為4、Hg(Ⅱ)濃度70.00 mg·L/-1、溫度55℃、吸附時(shí)間150 min時(shí),吸附效果最好,最大吸附量為77.59 mg·g-1;對(duì)Pb(Ⅱ),考察了不同因素(pH、吸附劑用量、溫度、時(shí)間)對(duì)MNP-CD-PBTCA吸附Pb(Ⅱ)性能的影響,結(jié)果表明當(dāng)溶液pH為6、吸附劑用量8.00 mg、溫度35 ℃、吸附時(shí)間10 min時(shí),吸附量即達(dá)到最大值52.25 mg·g-1。動(dòng)力學(xué)研究表兩者均更符合擬二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,即化學(xué)吸附占據(jù)主導(dǎo)位置。內(nèi)擴(kuò)散動(dòng)力學(xué)研究表明Hg(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)均通過(guò)兩個(gè)階段向MNP-CD-PBTCA表面擴(kuò)散,在第一階段由于濃度梯度作用快速吸附,隨后吸附速率減緩,進(jìn)入吸附平衡的第二階段,同時(shí)研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附速率比Pb(Ⅱ)要慢,這與兩者之間生成不同配位數(shù)的配合物也有關(guān)系。在熱力學(xué)研究中,Hg(Ⅱ)吸附過(guò)程更符合Langmuir單分子層吸附模型,Pb(Ⅱ)吸附過(guò)程更符合Freundlich吸附模型。熱力學(xué)參數(shù)均表明,整個(gè)過(guò)程屬于AH00的吸熱過(guò)程,升溫有利于吸附進(jìn)行;吸附前后體系熵變AS°0,吸附劑表面脫附的水分子增加了系統(tǒng)的無(wú)序度;AG00,MNP-CD-PBTCA對(duì)Hg(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附屬于自發(fā)過(guò)程。本論文也研究了 MNP-CD-PBTCA的再生利用性能,結(jié)果表明在經(jīng)過(guò)五次吸附-脫附循環(huán)后,吸附劑對(duì)Hg(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)和吸附效率依然能分別保持在83.16%和88.42%,脫附效率則分別為68.35%和82.47%,說(shuō)明吸附劑具有良好的循環(huán)利用價(jià)值,同時(shí)對(duì)Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附效果更好。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the possible applications of cyclodextrin organic phosphonic acid inclusion complexes with magnetic response in the treatment of heavy metal ions in wastewater were studied, based on previous theoretical studies on cyclodextrin organic phosphonic acid inclusion complexes. This paper discusses the practical value of the theory and expects to provide a theoretical basis for heavy metal ion removal. In this paper, magnetically responsive iron trioxide nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method. In order to improve the dispersion and stability of nanoparticles in solution, a layer of silica shell was coated with Stober method. The surface of nanoparticles was treated with 3-aminopropyltriethoxy silane, and the surface modifiable Fe3O4Si02APTES was obtained. The modified nanoparticles were obtained by interaction with single -6- (6-O- p-toluenesulfonyl)-尾 -cyclodextrin. The inclusion compound of cyclodextrin organic phosphoric acid (MNP-CD-PBTCA) with magnetic response was obtained by the inclusion of 2-phosphonic acid group with 2-phosphonic acid group -2o 2-tricarboxylic acid butane in aqueous solution to obtain the inclusion compound of cyclodextrin organic phosphoric acid (MNP-CD-PBTCA).
