便攜式鉛離子快速檢測(cè)儀的研發(fā)

【摘要】:該研究以水環(huán)境中重金屬鉛離子(Pb2+)為研究對(duì)象,簡(jiǎn)化現(xiàn)有的Pb2+比色體系,基于比色法和光譜法,開發(fā)了一款用于Pb2+快速檢測(cè)的便攜式測(cè)定儀。該研究簡(jiǎn)化了繁瑣復(fù)雜的前期處理,完成了比色試驗(yàn)。該測(cè)定儀主要分為光路模塊與電路模塊,光路模塊將鉛離子的濃度轉(zhuǎn)化為光信號(hào),電路模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了光信號(hào)的轉(zhuǎn)換、放大、數(shù)據(jù)處理以及查看管理數(shù)據(jù)、上傳數(shù)據(jù)等功能。檢測(cè)儀完成后,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了若干項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)性能分析,采取了低功耗、抗干擾以及重復(fù)性測(cè)試,以驗(yàn)證測(cè)量的精確度。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)比色反應(yīng)的建模集中預(yù)測(cè)值與化學(xué)值的決定系數(shù)R2=0.934,檢測(cè)線性范圍0.01~0.2 mg/L,鉛含量指標(biāo)變異系數(shù)低于1.0%,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該測(cè)定儀具有良好的準(zhǔn)確度與重復(fù)性。
[Abstract]:In this study, lead ion (PB2) in water environment was used as the research object, and the existing PB2 colorimetric system was simplified. Based on colorimetric method and spectral method, a portable detector for rapid detection of PB2 was developed. This study simplifies the complicated preliminary treatment and completes the colorimetric test. The instrument is mainly divided into optical path module and circuit module. The optical path module converts the concentration of lead ion into optical signal. The circuit module realizes the functions of optical signal conversion, amplification, data processing, viewing and management data, uploading data and so on. After the instrument is finished, the system performance is analyzed, and low power consumption, anti-interference and repeatability are adopted to verify the accuracy of the measurement. The experimental results show that the determination coefficient of the predicted value and chemical value is 0.934, the linear range is 0.01 ~ 0.2 mg / L, and the coefficient of variation of lead content index is less than 1.0%. The test results show that the instrument has good accuracy and repeatability.
