施硒對(duì)花生幼苗硒、鎘吸收及光合效應(yīng)的影響

【摘要】:選用不同富硒(selenium,Se)特性的兩個(gè)花生品種,采用水培實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了不同Se、鎘(cadmium,Cd)濃度下花生的Se、Cd吸收積累、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及光合特征.結(jié)果表明,兩個(gè)品種花生在Cd0.5處理組施加0.6 mg·L~(-1)Se地上部分生物量出現(xiàn)最大值,而在Cd5處理組施加0.2 mg·L~(-1)Se出現(xiàn)最大值.除CK處理外,富Se品種皖花4號(hào)地上部分與根系Se含量分別約為非富Se品種豐花4號(hào)的2倍和3倍.花生植株Cd含量隨著Se濃度的增加呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì),且在低Cd條件下施Se效果最顯著.在Se濃度為0.60 mg·L~(-1)時(shí),皖花4號(hào)地上部分及根系Cd含量分別下降了26.84%、14.40%,豐花4號(hào)則降低了31.63%、10.41%.兩個(gè)花生品種相比,富Se品種皖花4號(hào)Cd的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)系數(shù)低于豐花4號(hào),說(shuō)明花生大量吸收Se能在一定程度上降低Cd向地上部分轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn).Cd脅迫抑制了花生的光合過(guò)程,表現(xiàn)為最大光化學(xué)效率和光合速率降低,施Se后各指標(biāo)均有所升高.據(jù)研究結(jié)果推測(cè),適量施Se可有效降低花生對(duì)Cd的積累,促進(jìn)花生生長(zhǎng),而采用富Se品種則效果更佳.
[Abstract]:Two peanut varieties with different selenium rich characteristics were used to study the absorption, accumulation, growth, development and photosynthetic characteristics of Seo CD in peanut with different concentrations of See and cadmium CD. The results showed that the aboveground biomass of two varieties of peanut was maximum in the treatment of CD 0.5 and 0.2 mg L ~ (-1) se in the treatment of CD _ 5 and CD _ (0.5) respectively, and the highest value was found in the aboveground part of the peanut treated with 0.6 mg L ~ (-1) se and 0.2 mg / L ~ (-1) se respectively. Except CK treatment, se content in shoot and root of Wanhua 4 was about 2 times and 3 times as much as that of Fenghua 4, which was a non-se rich variety, respectively. The CD content of peanut plants decreased with the increase of se concentration, and the effect of se application was the most significant under the condition of low CD. When se concentration was 0.60 mg / L ~ (-1), CD content in the aboveground part and root system of Wanhua No. 4 decreased 26.84 and 14.40, respectively, while Fenghua No. 4 decreased 31.63 and 10.41 respectively. Compared with the two peanut varieties, CD transport coefficient of Wanhua 4 was lower than that of Fenghua 4, indicating that the uptake of se in peanut could reduce CD transport to some extent. CD stress inhibited the photosynthetic process of peanut. The maximum photochemical efficiency and photosynthetic rate decreased, and the indexes increased after se application. According to the research results, suitable application of se can effectively reduce the accumulation of CD in peanut and promote the growth of peanut, but the effect of se rich variety is better.
