面向水生態(tài)安全遙感監(jiān)測的虛擬地理環(huán)境平臺研究

【摘要】:水生態(tài)安全保護和治理是21世紀人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的焦點問題,當(dāng)前我國大量江河湖泊、水庫等水環(huán)境正遭受嚴重的水體污染問題,水生態(tài)安全問題已經(jīng)成為眾多生態(tài)安全問題中最為突出的一環(huán)。為了有效應(yīng)對水生態(tài)安全污染災(zāi)害多發(fā)頻發(fā)的嚴峻形勢,亟需提高區(qū)域?qū)λh(huán)境的動態(tài)變化快速準確的感知、水環(huán)境污染災(zāi)害早期預(yù)警、狀態(tài)評估和決策支持能力。針對上述問題,本文以水生態(tài)安全為背景,采用虛擬地理環(huán)境研究水生態(tài)安全,基于衛(wèi)星遙感數(shù)據(jù)以及水生態(tài)安全模型集成處理的可視化表達,旨在探討構(gòu)建面向水生態(tài)安全的虛擬地理環(huán)境關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的可行性。以國產(chǎn)高分一號、LANDSAT和MODIS衛(wèi)星遙感數(shù)據(jù)為主要數(shù)據(jù)源,結(jié)合水域動態(tài)監(jiān)測技術(shù)和水生態(tài)安全遙感模型,分析虛擬地理環(huán)境中的數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境、模型環(huán)境、表達環(huán)境與協(xié)同環(huán)境的目標(biāo)、功能與實現(xiàn)思路,通過與虛擬地理環(huán)境仿真與決策支持平臺無縫對接,面對多維動態(tài)的地理環(huán)境,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了可快速便捷分析了解地理環(huán)境和監(jiān)控水生態(tài)安全的集成化知識共享工作平臺,并支持幾何、物理以及建模的過程需求,以及針對模型計算結(jié)果的地學(xué)可視化,并對該平臺進行了初步測試。對該平臺的構(gòu)建和研究能夠為水生態(tài)安全遙感監(jiān)測提供一種新的角度,同時在豐富了虛擬地理環(huán)境理論的同時為虛擬地理環(huán)境理論與技術(shù)的深化應(yīng)用提供了一個有效的突破口。通過平臺的初步運行表明:本研究所構(gòu)建的水生態(tài)安全遙感監(jiān)測虛擬地理環(huán)境平臺能夠滿足水生態(tài)安全遙感監(jiān)測的需要;利用ArcSDE+SQL Server的方式能夠有效的管理和集成多源、多維、多尺度的海量遙感數(shù)據(jù)和基礎(chǔ)地理信息數(shù)據(jù),并且能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫和模型數(shù)據(jù)庫的一體化存儲;基于IDL語言設(shè)計開發(fā)的水生態(tài)安全遙感監(jiān)測可視化平臺能夠很好的完成各項數(shù)據(jù)的可視化工作,突出了虛擬地理環(huán)境的表現(xiàn)環(huán)境;使用專有硬件設(shè)施建設(shè)的虛擬地理環(huán)境硬件平臺不僅能夠連接虛擬地理環(huán)境各項模塊,增強可視化的沉浸感,而且還能夠給不同階層的研究人員和決策者提供一個共同研究、探討水生態(tài)安全的協(xié)同工作平臺。
[Abstract]:The protection and management of water ecological security is the focus of human sustainable development strategy in the 21st century. At present, a large number of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other water environments in China are suffering from serious water pollution problems. The problem of water ecological security has become the most prominent one among many ecological security problems. In order to effectively deal with the severe situation of frequent disasters of water ecological safety pollution, it is urgent to improve the regional ability of rapid and accurate perception of the dynamic changes of water environment, early warning of water environment pollution disasters, state assessment and decision support. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the water ecological security as the background, uses the virtual geographical environment to study the water ecological security, based on the satellite remote sensing data and the visualization expression of the water ecological security model integration processing. The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of constructing the key technologies of virtual geographic environment for water ecological security. Taking the Landsat and MODIS satellite remote sensing data as the main data sources, combining with the water dynamic monitoring technology and the remote sensing model of water ecological security, this paper analyzes the data environment, model environment, expressing environment and cooperative environment objectives in the virtual geographical environment. Functions and implementation ideas, through seamless docking with virtual geographic environment simulation and decision support platform, facing multi-dimensional dynamic geographical environment, An integrated knowledge sharing working platform is designed and implemented to analyze and understand the geographical environment and monitor the ecological safety of water quickly and conveniently. It also supports the process requirements of geometry, physics and modeling, as well as the visualization of geoscience according to the results of the model calculation. The platform is tested preliminarily. The construction and research of this platform can provide a new angle for remote sensing monitoring of water ecological security, at the same time, it can enrich the theory of virtual geographical environment and provide an effective breakthrough for deepening the application of the theory and technology of virtual geographical environment. The preliminary operation of the platform shows that the virtual geographic environment platform for remote sensing monitoring of water ecological security can meet the needs of remote sensing monitoring of water ecological security, and the method of ArcSDE SQL Server can effectively manage and integrate multi-source, multi-dimensional, multi-source, multi-source and multi-dimensional remote sensing monitoring platform. The multi-scale massive remote sensing data and the basic geographic information data, and can realize the spatial database and the model database integration storage; The visualization platform of remote sensing monitoring of water ecological security based on IDL language can complete the visualization of all kinds of data well, and highlight the representation environment of virtual geographical environment. The hardware platform of virtual geographical environment constructed with proprietary hardware facilities can not only connect the modules of virtual geographical environment, enhance the sense of visual immersion, but also provide a common research for different levels of researchers and decision makers. This paper discusses the cooperative working platform of water ecological security.
