堿渣制備脫硫劑裝置研發(fā)與工藝試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:氨堿法制堿是我國(guó)北方堿廠生產(chǎn)工業(yè)純堿的主要方法,制堿過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的廢渣量大且污染嚴(yán)重,而固體堿渣的再利用是行業(yè)中的技術(shù)難題。課題利用固體堿渣制備電廠燃煤鍋爐煙氣脫硫劑,具有重要的工程實(shí)踐意義。以某化工股份有限公司氨堿法制堿過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的固體堿渣為研究對(duì)象,采用理論分析、實(shí)驗(yàn)研究、數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝試驗(yàn)的方法,對(duì)固體堿渣制備脫硫劑設(shè)備及工藝進(jìn)行了研發(fā)。首先,分析了固體堿渣的理化特性,研究了經(jīng)壓濾機(jī)壓濾后的固體堿渣的均質(zhì)解聚方法,對(duì)均質(zhì)器進(jìn)行了小試和中試;其次,采用Fluent對(duì)均質(zhì)器四種內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)在不同轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)的流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬,分析了影響漿液分布均勻性的因素,確定了破碎、攪拌、均質(zhì)等設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù);最后,以制備合格的燃煤鍋爐煙氣脫硫劑為目標(biāo),進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝試驗(yàn),根據(jù)每道工序后堿渣的特性及其變化,確定整套工藝的達(dá)質(zhì)達(dá)量、降耗策略和方法。堿渣制備脫硫劑是堿廠固體廢棄物綜合利用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),通過(guò)對(duì)堿渣的理化特性分析及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,找出固體堿渣調(diào)漿過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,提出了整套工藝及均質(zhì)器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的思路和策略,其研究結(jié)果為固體堿渣制備脫硫劑的應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Ammonia alkali production is the main method of producing industrial soda in the north of China. The amount of waste residue produced in the process of alkali production is large and the pollution is serious. The reuse of solid alkali slag is a technical problem in the industry. It is of great engineering significance to prepare flue gas desulfurizer from power plant coal-fired boiler by using solid alkali slag. Taking the solid alkali residue produced in the process of alkali production by ammonia alkali process of a chemical company as the research object, the methods of theoretical analysis, experimental study, numerical simulation and field process test were adopted. The equipment and process for preparing desulfurizer from solid alkali residue were developed. Firstly, the physical and chemical properties of the solid alkali slag were analyzed, and the homogenization and depolymerization method of the solid alkali residue after pressure filtration by filter press were studied, and the homogenizer was tested and pilot-scale test was carried out. The flow field of four internal structures of the homogenizer at different speeds is simulated by fluent. The factors influencing the uniformity of slurry distribution are analyzed, and the design parameters of the equipment such as crushing, stirring and homogenizing are determined. Aiming at the preparation of qualified flue gas desulfurizer for coal-fired boiler, the field technological test was carried out. According to the characteristics and changes of alkali slag after each process, the quantity of quality, the strategy and method of reducing consumption of the whole process were determined. The preparation of desulphurizer from alkali slag is the key technology for comprehensive utilization of solid waste from alkali plant. Through the analysis of physical and chemical properties and experimental study of alkali slag, the problems existing in the process of solid alkali slag sizing are found out. The whole process and the structure design of the homogenizer are put forward. The research results provide the basis for the application of solid alkali slag in the preparation of desulphurizer.
