低強(qiáng)度超聲波預(yù)處理對污泥自熱式高溫好氧消化的影響

【摘要】:以0.3 W·cm-2的低強(qiáng)度超聲波對調(diào)配好的污泥進(jìn)行5、10和20 min的輻照,再經(jīng)過12 d的自熱式高溫好氧消化(ATAD)。結(jié)果表明,適當(dāng)?shù)牡蛷?qiáng)度超聲預(yù)處理能夠有效地加快穩(wěn)定化進(jìn)程,其中超聲波輻照10 min后的實驗組效果最好,在第8.5天時,溫度升高至58.3℃,VSS去除率達(dá)到42.1%,比未經(jīng)超聲預(yù)處理的實驗組提前2 d達(dá)到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。在消化過程中脫氫酶的活性與VSS去除率有著很好的相關(guān)性(R20.86),它能有效地表征VSS的高溫好氧降解規(guī)律及有機(jī)物去除程度。穩(wěn)定后的污泥上清液中TP濃度降至初始濃度的40%以下,TOC濃度升高至初始濃度的3~4倍。然它們的濃度仍很高,仍會給后續(xù)處理增加一定的負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:The sludge was irradiated with 0.3W cm-2 low intensity ultrasound for 5 ~ 10 and 20 min, and then after 12 days of self-heating aerobic digestion at high temperature. The results showed that proper low-intensity ultrasound pretreatment could accelerate the stabilization process effectively, and the experimental group after 10 min of ultrasonic irradiation had the best effect.
