閉式馬鈴薯渣脫水、壓縮成型試驗(yàn)裝置設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:馬鈴薯渣松散、密度低、水分高,不利于回收利用,因此將其壓縮成較高密度的成型物料塊是解決上述問題的有效途徑。傳統(tǒng)的薯渣壓縮設(shè)備需要先去除水分,再進(jìn)行壓縮。本文根據(jù)馬鈴薯渣的壓縮特性,研制了一種高效方便的脫水、壓縮同時(shí)完成的閉式薯渣壓縮試驗(yàn)裝置,且優(yōu)化了薯渣壓縮裝置。同時(shí),對(duì)關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了受力分析,并進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)的試制。結(jié)果表明:設(shè)計(jì)的薯渣壓縮試驗(yàn)裝置效率高,證明了此壓縮試驗(yàn)裝置設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。
[Abstract]:Potato dregs are loose, low density and high moisture content, which is not good for recycling. Therefore, it is an effective way to solve the above problems by compressing potato dregs into high density moulding blocks. Traditional potato dregs compression equipment needs to remove moisture and then compress. According to the compression characteristics of potato dregs, a kind of high efficient and convenient dewatering and compressing device was developed, and the compression device of potato residue was optimized. At the same time, the force of the key components is analyzed, and the prototype is trial-produced. The results show that the efficiency of the designed compression test device is high, which proves the feasibility of the design of the compression test device.
