【摘要】：在折流式厭氧反應(yīng)器(Anaerobic Baffled Reactor,ABR)不同進(jìn)水管懸空高度和不同進(jìn)水流量組合的工況下,利用激光粒子圖像測(cè)速技術(shù)(particle image velocimetry,PIV)對(duì)ABR的第一格室液相流態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究,測(cè)得反應(yīng)器內(nèi)降流區(qū)和升流區(qū)關(guān)鍵截面的流場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),獲得了液相速度和渦量強(qiáng)度與懸空高度的關(guān)系曲線;同時(shí)研究了相關(guān)流場(chǎng)特征,包括流線圖譜和渦量場(chǎng)。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于ABR的第一格室,合理的進(jìn)水管懸空高度可以保證良好的進(jìn)水流態(tài),促使ABR渦量面積分布均勻,有效防止局部溝流和液相死區(qū),確保ABR高效穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)分析結(jié)果,提出了設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)可供參考的進(jìn)水管懸空高度的取值范圍:流量在0.018~0.270 m3/h時(shí),懸空高度的取值范圍為230~530 mm;流量在0.558~0.846 m3/h時(shí),懸空高度的取值為530 mm。
[Abstract]:In anaerobic Baffled reactor (ABR), the liquid phase flow in the first chamber of ABR was studied by using the particle image velocimetry (PIV) technique under the conditions of different inlet pipe suspended height and different influent flow rate combinations. The flow field data of the key sections in the downflow region and the upwelling zone in the reactor were measured, and the curves of the relationship between the liquid velocity and vorticity intensity and the suspended height were obtained, and the characteristics of the correlation flow field, including the streamline pattern and the vorticity field, were studied. The results show that for the first compartment of ABR, a reasonable suspended height of the inlet pipe can ensure a good inlet flow state, promote the uniform distribution of ABR vorticity area, effectively prevent local trench flow and liquid phase dead zone, and ensure the efficient and stable operation of ABR. According to the experimental results, the range of the suspended height of the inlet pipe for reference in the design is put forward: when the flow rate is 0.018 ~ 0.270 m3 / h, the range of the suspended height is 230 ~ 530mm, and when the flow rate is 0.558 ~ 0.846 ~ (m3 / h), the value of the suspension height is 530mm.
