【摘要】：2017年7月,住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部修訂頒布了《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理工作考核暫行辦法》,以進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)城鎮(zhèn)污水處理設(shè)施建設(shè)和運(yùn)行監(jiān)管,全面提升城鎮(zhèn)污水處理效能。從技術(shù)角度研究了該辦法的具體要求,分析了該辦法對(duì)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的指導(dǎo)意義和引導(dǎo)作用,提出未來一段時(shí)期,我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)排水與污水處理行業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)更加注重管網(wǎng)提質(zhì)、污泥無害化處置及污水處理廠增效等。
[Abstract]:In July 2017, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction revised and promulgated the interim measures for the Assessment of Urban sewage treatment, in order to further strengthen the construction and operation supervision of urban sewage treatment facilities and enhance the efficiency of urban sewage treatment in an all-round way. This paper studies the specific requirements of this method from the technical point of view, analyzes the guiding significance and guiding function of the method to the development trend of the industry, and points out that in the future, the development of urban drainage and sewage treatment industry in China should pay more attention to improving the quality of pipe network. Sludge harmless treatment and sewage treatment plant efficiency and so on.
