脫色菌群的富集及其對(duì)活性艷紅X-3B的脫色效果

【摘要】:通過定向馴化法,從實(shí)驗(yàn)室活性污泥處理系統(tǒng)中,富集馴化出對(duì)活性艷紅X-3B具有良好脫色性能的菌群H1~H5,針對(duì)其染料脫色性能進(jìn)行了一系列研究。結(jié)果表明,脫色菌群有一定的耐鹽能力,在鹽度為15%,染料濃度100 mg·L~(-1)時(shí),24 h后脫色菌群H5的脫色率為86%;脫色菌群H1~H5在低染料濃度下能夠快速脫色(600 mg·L~(-1)),在800~1 500 mg·L~(-1)的濃度范圍內(nèi),經(jīng)過48 h的培養(yǎng)后,脫色率都能達(dá)到95%以上;同時(shí)染料濃度為500 mg·L~(-1)時(shí),脫色菌群H5脫色的適宜p H5~11,溫度25~37℃,培養(yǎng)時(shí)間24 h,脫色率達(dá)到90%以上;脫色菌群H5對(duì)直接大紅4BS和分散艷藍(lán)KN-R有著良好的脫色性能,培養(yǎng)24 h,脫色率達(dá)到90%以上。利用掃描電鏡觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)脫色菌群H5以桿菌為主。基于Illumina Miseq測(cè)序平臺(tái)研究了脫色菌群H5的微生物菌群,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中優(yōu)勢(shì)菌屬為Alcaligenes sp.和Pseudomonas sp.,所占比例分別為55.78%和11.14%。
[Abstract]:Through the directional acclimation method, the bacteria H _ 1 / H _ 5which has good decolorization performance to reactive brilliant red X-3B was enriched and domesticated from the activated sludge treatment system in laboratory. A series of studies were carried out on its dye decolorization performance. The results showed that the decolorization bacteria had a certain salt tolerance, and the decolorization rate of H5 was 86 after 24 h at the salinity of 15 and the dye concentration of 100mg / L ~ (-1), and the decolorization rate of decolorization bacteria H1~H5 could be quickly decolorized at a concentration of 600mg / L ~ (-1), within the concentration range of 8001 500 mg / L ~ (-1) at low dye concentration.
