【摘要】：文章利用2010-2015年我國滬深兩市A股重污染行業(yè)上市公司的經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù),對企業(yè)管理層能力與企業(yè)環(huán)保投資相關(guān)性進(jìn)行探討。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):管理層能力與企業(yè)環(huán)保投資規(guī)模呈"U"型關(guān)系,即管理層能力存在一個臨界點,低于該點時管理層能力越高企業(yè)環(huán)保投資規(guī)模越低。與民營上市公司相比,國有控股上市公司管理層能力對企業(yè)環(huán)保投資作用更顯著,大部分國有控股企業(yè)處于"U"型關(guān)系中臨界值之后的階段,民營企業(yè)處于臨界值之前的階段。進(jìn)一步研究市場競爭對二者之間的敏感性的影響發(fā)現(xiàn),相對于高市場競爭,當(dāng)行業(yè)處于低市場競爭時,管理層能力與企業(yè)環(huán)保投資規(guī)模"U"型關(guān)系更加陡峭。研究結(jié)論有助于從企業(yè)、政府、市場層面為環(huán)境治理提供對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the empirical data from 2010 to 2015, this paper discusses the relationship between management ability and environmental protection investment. The relationship between management ability and scale of environmental protection investment is found to be "U". That is to say, there is a critical point in the management ability, below which the higher the management ability, the lower the scale of environmental protection investment. Compared with the private listed company, the management ability of the state-owned holding listed company has a more significant effect on the environmental protection investment of the enterprise. Most state-owned holding enterprises are in the stage after the critical value in the "U" type relationship, and the private enterprises are at the stage before the critical value. Further study on the influence of market competition on the sensitivity between them shows that, compared with the high market competition, When the industry is in low market competition, the relationship between management ability and the scale of environmental protection investment is more steep.
