出口結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、技術(shù)復(fù)雜度升級(jí)與中國制造業(yè)碳排放——從嵌入全球價(jià)值鏈的視角

【摘要】:出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度升級(jí)可以用于衡量制造業(yè)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型。從嵌入全球產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈視角,深入制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)探究不同能耗行業(yè)和不同技術(shù)水平行業(yè)的貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)碳排放效應(yīng)差異性,對(duì)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高我國高端技術(shù)行業(yè)在全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的地位有重要意義。采用2005-2014年中國制造業(yè)28個(gè)細(xì)分行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)制造業(yè)出口結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)碳排放的直接效應(yīng)和間接效應(yīng),并將制造業(yè)按照技術(shù)研發(fā)度和能源消耗度的不同進(jìn)行分組,對(duì)比不同類型行業(yè)的差異性。結(jié)果顯示:(1)總體上,出口結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)制造業(yè)碳排放不具有顯著的直接效應(yīng);出口結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型引起的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化、行業(yè)技術(shù)水平提升和外資流入對(duì)碳排放具有顯著影響,但影響方向不同。(2)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化顯著增加行業(yè)總體碳排放,不同行業(yè)影響程度不同。對(duì)于高技術(shù)行業(yè)、中高技術(shù)行業(yè)和高能耗行業(yè)來說,結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)更加明顯。(3)技術(shù)水平的提升和外商資本流入具有顯著碳減排效果,但行業(yè)間存在差異性?傮w而言,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是限制制造業(yè)碳減排最主要的原因。
[Abstract]:The upgrading of export technology complexity can be used to measure the structural transformation of manufacturing export trade. In order to optimize the industrial structure, the difference of carbon emission effect of trade structure between different energy consuming industries and different technology level industries is explored deeply in the internal structure of manufacturing industry. It is of great significance to improve the status of China's high-end technology industry in the global industrial chain. Using the panel data of 28 segments of Chinese manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2014, this paper empirically examines the direct and indirect effects of the structural transformation of manufacturing exports on carbon emissions. The manufacturing industry is grouped according to the degree of technology development and energy consumption, and the differences of different types of industries are compared. The results show that the export structure transformation has no significant direct effect on the carbon emissions of manufacturing industry. The industrial structure changes caused by the export structure transformation, the industry technology level enhancement and the foreign capital inflow have the remarkable influence on the carbon emission, but the influence direction is different, the industrial structure change increases the industry overall carbon emission significantly, For high-tech industries, medium and high technology industries and high energy consumption industries, the structural effect is more obvious. The upgrading of technology level and the inflow of foreign capital have significant carbon emission reduction effects. In general, industrial structure is the main reason for limiting carbon emission reduction in manufacturing industry.
