【摘要】：對(duì)某企業(yè)現(xiàn)有污水處理設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)功能的完整性、運(yùn)行管理情況、羊皮生產(chǎn)廢水的水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,在充分利用現(xiàn)有設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)上,新建預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)、生化系統(tǒng)、深度處理系統(tǒng)及污泥脫水系統(tǒng)。采用含鉻廢水先預(yù)處理后再與其他廢水綜合處理的設(shè)計(jì)思路,綜合廢水主體工藝采用兩級(jí)AO工藝+Fenton工藝,出水水質(zhì)滿(mǎn)足《山東省南水北調(diào)沿線水污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DB 37/599—2006)中重點(diǎn)保護(hù)區(qū)域排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即COD≤60 mg/L、氨氮≤10 mg/L、總鉻≤0.5 mg/L。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the design parameters, the integrity of the design function, the operation and management of the existing sewage treatment facilities in an enterprise, and the characteristics of the water quality of the sheepskin production wastewater. On the basis of making full use of the existing facilities, a new pretreatment system is built. Biochemical system, advanced treatment system and sludge dewatering system. The design idea of treating chromium-containing wastewater first and then with other wastewater is adopted. The main process of integrated wastewater is two-stage AO process Fenton process.
